Whilst the only seating is outside, the weather today was dry and not too chilly, and as ever Mark was on form with his banter and friendly attitude. It's always a pleasure to support an important local business, especially one that supported the community through recent difficulties

Love getting a coffee here and looking at their produce. I've purchased tasty, locally sourced Olive bread, meat pies and ginger wine. Their cakes are yummy to 😊

A family run farm shop that we discovered quite randomly but now have been there so many times. The owners are very friendly, helpful people. We love the breads, different flavoured oils.

I’ve been living in the area for 3 years and always drove past it without noticing it much, but we finally managed to go there (been there twice now) and had a really good breakfast both times. Good quality ingredients and very good coffee too. I highly recommend it and I’ll def be back.

Wow,At a loose end waiting for a MOT and decided to take a walk.I've been passing East Side for years in the car and have never visited so I decided to go in.A warm welcome was received and my coffee was great. A very nice friendly atmosphere and a great variety of refreshments are available.Although I did not have any food it all looked very tempting. Cant believe I only live 1/4 a mile away. You knock spots off the big chains. Keep up the good work and look forward to popping in again.

With the abundance of commercialised coffee shops in Caterham, it's so nice to visit somewhere a little different and unique in the local area. The food is superb and all locally sourced, coffee is nice and smooth and not bitter, and you can genuinely see that the owners take real pride in their business. The place is lovely and clean, loads of different food and breads to try and buy ... and I've heard well-behaved dogs are also welcome.

Such a great place to stop for lunch, this visit I tried the new E&T (Espresso, vanilla syrup, lemon peal topped with tonic water) it's was delicious. Always a warm welcome, great atmosphere and all my favourite cheeses! 😁

A fantastic family-run snug that feels more like a shared living room than a café. The food is excellent, fresh and locally-sourced, with the menu telling you a little bit about just about every ingredient they use.The staff/owners are friendly, funny but also very polite and will happily either have a chat or leave you to yourself, depending on what you'd prefer. They welcome children, diners and people who just want to grab an excellent coffee and be on their way, with a great little deli for when you want to take something home.I can easily see this place becoming a regular haunt of mine and I recommend that you try it too.
