We really enjoyed our food. It was really well cooked and tasty. The waiter was friendly and helpful and the food arrived quickly and was lovely.

Excellent food! Curries were absolutely gorgeous and full of flavour. The chicken jalfrezi had such a lovely mix of flavours. Perfect!!

First visit to this restaurant and will be going back again!The food was very tasty and didn’t leave you feeling heavy.Nice venue with plenty of space, good for dinner parties.The atmosphere was great, it was Tuesday when we went and couldn’t believe how many people showed up.Lastly, the staff - so so friendly and accommodating. Before we paid they offered us a drink on the house.Good food, good people.

Oh my, the food here is authentic, fresh and tasty. I haven't tasted Nepalese food so out outside of Nepal. The ambience is amazing with photos of Namche Bazaar and Durbar Square on the walls. The staff are friendly, attentive and efficient. Try the goat curry, it is simply divine with the meat falling off the bone, and the Buhtan starter - who knew offal could taste so good. I wish I lived closer so I could go more often - I eould make this a regular stop.

Unplanned Sunday lunch stop gave us an absolutely superb meal. Extremely welcoming staff and the restaurant is very clean, but the quality of the food is the headline. Highly recommended

This is my go to curry restaurant at the moment. The Nepalese options are really good, Railway Curry mild and flavourful, Tawa Lamb is a bit more spicy and rich. I drive a 22 mile round trip, passing 4 or 5 other Indian restaurants to eat here, highly recommend it.

My husband and I had lunch today at the Gurkha Woodcock Inn and would say it’s the best meal out we have had for quite sometime. As we walked in we were very impressed with the appearance and it felt very clean. We had the lunch menu which at £15.95pp thought was excellent value for quality food. We had starter, main and coffee and all was excellent and definitely will be going again. The staff were friendly too.

Top Draw. The most amazing food, and very consistent in quality. Very clean spacious environment. Lovely friendly sociable staff. Great sense of humours as well. Cannot fault it.
