McDonald's in Tandridge

Quite busy, used the pre order machine.Food delivered fairly quickly. Good quality.

the food took 30 minutes and when it eventually came out it was the wrong order. honestly go to any other restraint in this service station! awful

Very busy McDonald’s at motorway services. No counter service for orders, just electronic touchscreens. Fast service though.

Unfortunately it was extremely busy and had to wait over 40mins for my order of a Bigmac meal and a happy meal after placing my order😬 a notice would have helped

It is the most spacious shop, in this service. There were enough comfortable sitting spaces inside. The decor of the shop made it a interesting place to visit. It is a great place to hang out alone or with friends, family or colleagues. The stuffs were helpful, kind and welcoming. There were a manageable queue. The availability of the most of the foods were good but the ice cream with meal were not available. Anyway food quality were good and I enjoyed it very much. The shop was very clean as well. Enjoy 😊

Cleanness could have been a whole lot better, bins overflowing, not one clean table in the whole facility, food all over the floor, no receipts from the order platforms, no paper towels or ketchup at the service station. I won't go on. Got to say most unlike many of the McDonald's restaurants I've had to visit .. just having a bad day I guess 🤷🏻‍♂️

Not well kept! No sweetness or sugar available at stations. Bins over flowing. Ordered a latte, watched it being made, placed on the service pass and left there for 4mins. When I asked how long for my coffee , I was told to stop being rude!

Ordered an Egg and Cheese McMuffin and got just a muffin with no filling as per the photo below. A few other customers also got their orders wrong after very long wait. Some staff unecessarilly rude. Would give 0 stars if I could.
