Morrisons Cafe in Tandridge

We ordered dinner was told it would be half an hour , after 40 mins I enquired where our food was and was told we were still in the queue even though people had had their food and were on their way out. I was told orders were done in order this was clearly not the case and after 50 mins we left hungry and disappointed.

Love coming here, something for everyone, tasty food and the staff are friendly. Even my 8 year old will tolerate a supermarket shop if he knows there'll be a treat at the end in the cafe. My nearly 2 year old, keeps others entertained and is welcomed with smiles. Plenty of high chairs available too.

Well what can I say. Just asked for the lighter breakfast with an extra poached egg. No poached eggs the lady replied. We have scrambled or fried!!! Ehhh this is a super market you have tons of eggs on the shelf.Well the way we make poached eggs takes 40 minutes so that not possible today.40 mins to make a poached egg. !!! Please could someone tell me how this is done. amazing 🤣

Had breakfast 12 Sept 19.Came up looking as though they couldn't be bothered, then it was cold, the only thing I ate was the toast, i definitely wasn't eating a reheated cold in the middle sausage.Awful is the only word i can say.

Morrisons makes it. Premium establishment. Bossman always gives me a little bit extra. Good prices too considering how good the meals are.

Slow service, rude staff, lack of cutlery, coffee machines always broken, soft drinks machine keeps breaking down. The whole cafe needs a revamp and decent staff

Always takes a long time to get your food served! (Even when is not too busy ) Always there is something missing or mixed up! I've been told "we have no chicken today" (Sunday roasted chicken) and after 20min I saw someone eating the portion I wanted! Also we've had to wait 20min for 3 slices of toast and it was far too late when they came..real shame.Not sure where is the problem, but needs to be fixed. If you want to do bussines just do it right.. it's a simple breakfast place!

Food ok staff not bad not the best place I've eaten in but it was adequate. Value for money average, parking restrictions are 2hours so keep an eye on the time if your shopping and eating.

This was a disappointing lunch time visit. No sandwiches for the children's lunches. Actually no sandwiches at all. And we waited 45 minutes for a couple of children's pizzas and a pre cooked jacket potato.

Morrisons cafe OK. Staff helpful and polite but always busy. Quiet at certain times of the day but when it's busy you can wait a while for your food. Always having to ask for things as not always stocked up. Like milk or cutlery. Food always cooked nice.
