Sadly after many good meals and excellent service. We visited on Sunday (Easter day) unfortunately there were several issues with our booking and with the meal itself.I did send a private email listing our disappointment .The email was never acknowledged and no explanation has been offered. It's my view that things can go wrong from time to time but to totally ignore a customer (of many years ) is totally unprofessional. We will not be dining at the Horseshoe again.

Excellent pub and restaurant. Pleasant decor, not too crowded (seating wise) good service, excellent food, reasonably priced. Covered outside seating and tables available. All round a very good experience.

Very nice place in the heart of warlingham. Traditional Tudor vibes..Nice seating outside even in cold nights due to outside heaters and booths that have their own heaters.. if your lucky you'll get in one and they are free.. bar is well stocked.Restaurant however is very cramped for room size and you might wanna shout when talking to your loved one due to a fair bit of noise from everyone else near you.Overall the food is quite nice and doesn't take too long to get from the kitchen to your plate. Still about 15/20minsSum up of the Horseshoe : Nice place tucked away. Decent food and drinks. Best to go in the early week if you want that nice peaceful vibe with your partner.Best times would be around 8:00pm on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday .*avoid Friday as you get the average hooligans there. Excellent liver and bacon with mash. Bit pricey but great food. Good ales too and pudding.

Excellent pub to enjoy a meal with a group of friends, superb food, good table service. There's a lovely garden room where we had a large table. We had a great evening, we will definitely be going again.

Haven't been in a few years, the carvery was excellent! We sat outside in one of the heated pods, in the wind and rain and we couldn't have been happier. Dry and warm! The staff were wonderful having to serve customers outside!

This is a lovely pup, restaurant. Nice relaxed atmosphere. The food is fabulous. We had beef nachos to share to start. Enough for 4.Ribs for main which fell off the bone. Yummy BBQ sauce and plenty of it good size fries and onion rings. Little bit more pricy but well worth it. Starters around £6-7 Mains £15-20. Deserts £6.Staff nice and relaxed. Polite and attentive. Will definitely be going again and applying for 33% discount card if you eat a certain times.Good selection for everyone on menu. They also have a great carvery on Sunday.

Had a lovely Carvery Roast here. Also have a Menu but Roast looked and tasted sooo good. Very friendly helpful staff. We had a table for 12.30 which was fine but it got very busy 3pm onwards.

The Horseshoe seems to have improved recently, although the bar area could do with a makeover. The conservatory makes a nice venue, particularly for families or large groups. The food has definitely improved since our previous visits. The staff are friendly, welcoming, helpful and efficient. It would be nice to see some daily specials offered. Whilst it is an extensive menu, it is a bit limited if you want a more gastro-type meal with vegetables and potatoes (Dauphinoise etc) other than fries/chips or new potatoes.

It’s lovely in there! My burger, chips and cheesy balls came fresh & piping hot! Beautiful presentation in my opinion. My server was super kind and helpful (a blonde girl wearing glasses) thank you for the delicious lunch I hope to be back soon x
