The King & Queen in Tandridge

Lovely oldish English pub with character, friendly and good service. Welcoming and homely. Good food too. Great portraits of King William (of Orange) and Queen Mary! Televised sports also. Worth a visit.

I've been drinking there for 40+ years so I either lack imagination or it's a very good pub. And as a bonus it's at the end of my road so I can go there in my pyjamas for a nightcap

Best pint of ESB south of the Royal Standard in Croydon, easily 😁 (mate says that goes for the London Pride too).

Pleasant atmosphere, not too crowded, nice people and a really cosy pub, with lots of character.

Lively landlady and pub. Went to opera in the garden or car park. A great evening. The pint of Pride was great but the burger a bit less appetising.

A characterful local pub, with friendly staff and generally well-kept Fuller's ales. I had a couple of excellent pints of Dark Star Hophead on my recent visit. Guest beers from outside the Fuller's stable might occasionally be appreciated.

Very COVID secure, really friendly and quiet pub with log fire and homely surrounds. Fabulous table service and a real joy to visit, even in these strange times we are in!

It's fairly small. Does have a car park and outside seating which is good for the summer. Rather dated inside and a bit of a locals pub. Not eaten here personally but I've heard it's quite good. Would have been a 3* but the friendly staff make it a 4* Definitely worth considering if you're looking for a cheeky quiet pint.

Real log fire. Nice decor. Good filter coffee. Quite a bit of dust around the place, could do with a clean.
