The New Caterham Arms in Tandridge

Great service, excellent beer I have to say, and the food looks interesting but I haven't tried it yet.Enormous garden and covered seating.Only disappointment was that the pool tables and dartboard have gone.. says on their site traditional pub games so a bit bemused by that.... however, the beer and service more than make up for it (almost)😉Will try and smuggle a dartboard in there on my next visit lol

Food really good the staff were very accommodating and the manager had a great sense of humour very good pub

We had an amazing time, we have only just got home and we have already discussed returning! The staff were so friendly, kind and went above and beyond for me and my family. We had a lovely time and made some very special memories too and the food was delicious, thank you so much.

Celebrated my daughter's baby shower last weekend. It was good event as the food (Chef Anotonio) was excellent and the young lady (sorry dont know her name) who served us was very professional, helpfull and polte. This is my second event taking place in Caterham Arms. The only criticism is the pub owner needs to be more efficient as I had to chase to get everything put in place for the day.

The history i have with the "arms" is unsurpassed, from the mid seventies when my mother was in there to my very heady days of the nineties it has been a great pub. As with most pubs it's become a licensed restaurant. Gerry & his awesome team have made it a pleasure to go for a beer after work as i do, Antonio has made the food a personal 5 star mission. I'm taking the family for a roast on Sunday & looking forward to it. Great environment. Well done guy's 👌

What a lovely pub to visit. The hosts were so welcoming and the food is great. Will definitely go there next weekend.

Excellent - our Christmas party of 32 were catered and cared for admirably. Food was very good, served hot and the whole meal was catered in style. Everyone enjoyed our evening at the New Caterham Arms this December. Thoroughly recommended *****

Enjoyed evenings here in the past when coming just for drinks, but tonight we thought we would try their Sunday Roast and enjoy a dinner out.We arrived at 530 and asked for a table and were sat in the dining area. The football was showing in the dining area (extremely loudly) which was a little off putting as they have two distinct areas, one for food and one as the pub area but we decided it's all part of the atmosphere so we asked for 3 roast dinners. We were told there were no more roasts and so decided to order the steak.The chef came over to advise they had no steaks remaining so we decided to skip having any mains. My son's starter of bread and butter was forgotten and the soup was quite bland. Not a great dining experience at all to be honest.

Stunning. Very friendly and welcoming local pub. Brilliant staff - the barman gave us a pint on the house which was a lovely gesture.Pint on draught was crisp with delicate, flowery notes throughout.Nachos were well priced and tasty.Shish kebab was seasoned brilliantly.Overall a great experience and I can’t wait to come again.Suggested improvements:Installing a king size pool table
