Cafe Fresh in Test Valley

What a gem. Tea and cake on Saturday and full English this morning, all so fresh and well cooked. Will definitely revisit when we are next in the area.

Just popped in for a coffee and a scone. Service was slow and the coffee was not the nicest. The scone was tasty.

What a fab breakfast! Lovely freshly cooked full English and loads of toast. Great view over the market square on a busy Saturday. Black pudding lacked a bit of taste but bacon was delicious! Will be back.

Popped in for a coffee and some breakfast and it was great value, we sat in the seats in square and I think we waited around 40 minutes for our food. I hadn’t noticed the wait however as it was a lovely day and we had our tea/coffee. To our surprise once the breakfast came out we were offered a slice of free cake to apologise for the wait! We got a really large, amazing and presumably homemade piece of coffee cake and it made our day. Thanks Cafe Fresh!

Fantastic food, at reasonable prices. Very friendly staff. Toilets look like they're being re-constructed, just an FYI.

I love this little local run cafe, no multi store brand this. It does great tea, coffee, cakes, and lunches. You can now sit out the front or back, if you want fresh outdoor air, or inside in its surprisingly spacious cafe. The staff are friendly and serve you efficiently.Head here rather than the nationals that can't hold a candle to that local feel.

Fantastic setting for a cafe looking out over the main market Square. The vegetarian full breakfast came with halloumi and was delicious, and under a fiver. I wasn't overly taken with the milkshake but it was very sweet. Would come back again!

GREAT food, well priced and with good service. The milkshakes were good with plenty of cream. Happy staff always make any visit more enjoyable. Would recommend for a tasty bite at lunchtime.

Saturday morning: Popped in for a coffee, ended up have the all day breakfast, really good value at £4.95. The vegitarian breakfast at the same price looked excellent too. Good swift and polite service. Thank you.

Great little family run cafe excellent value for money . My partner had the Ham salad 3 big thick slices of Ham and was only £4.95 I had the coronation chicken salad only £5.95 loads of chicken and very tasty excellent value . We were completely stuffed but the owners were so nice We decided to have a milkshake and a slice of cake between us. We cannot recommend this cafe enough 10/10 .Don't forget they have a garden out the back which we haven't seen this time but will check it out next time . They also have fresh local freerange egg delivered we saw the van drop them off.
