Caffe Nero - Romsey in Test Valley

With large fronted windows it is a good place to watch the world go by. Staff are friendly, coffee is good and there are some tasty bites on offer. I enjoy the pork and pancetta sausage roll.

Same as all the other Cafe Neros, so if you like their coffee and cakes you won't be disappointed!

Visited today. How can a branded coffee shop NOT have brown sugar or sweeteners?No different to going to a sandwich shop and being told they have no bread !On politely suggesting they pop across the road to get some sweeteners, they looked at me as if I had two heads.Just unacceptable honestly. Will be a different coffee shop for me next time I’m afraid.

Generally I like Nero but something irritated me, when rolls and sandwiches are removed because the expired on the same day they are not discounted for sale (unlike at Costa). Not only that, when you choose a roll that is a day before the best before date don't even think about offering an older one at the same price. I politely refused giving my reason but right now I've no idea if the roll was swapped even though I had refused the offer of an inferior roll. Don't underestimate your consumers even if you have made the mistake of over ordering your stock.

I visited Romsey branch today as I do most days. Today my granddaughter came with me and we were served by a trainee barista, a young man, and he was an absolute credit to your company. Could not have been more welcoming. Well done young man for your excellent customer service!!!!

Great café Nero, staff friendly only reason for 4 stars is no free parking nearby so could be costly if you just grabbing a quick coffee on the way to work!

Always love a Nero's coffee. Best out of all coffee chains. Just never very hot .good sausage and pancetta roll to . But again could be hotter. Then I would give 5 stars
