Caprinos Pizza in Test Valley

Just after I ordered I was called back and being asked for more money to cover the delivery. The website had already charged me for the delivery but they wanted more so I cancelled the order and took my buisness elsewhere.

Thought I’d try Caprinos for the first time after reading the positive reviews, as the likes of Domino’s doesn’t come close to a good pizza. Gave 1 star for delivering hot food. Totally disappointed and binned the pizza without finishing the first slice. Not edible, disgusting cardboard taste and I believe the meats are all processed. Shame, as looked appetising. I’d rather pay for a plane ticket to Italy to at least enjoy what I eat than waste money on this rubbish. Never again.

Awful couples of pizza and curly fries. Thin crust pepperoni was thick and uncooked, the capricosa tasted weird and curly fries were just wet greasy stodge. I've had better out the coop freezer.

Caprinos ! We've tried the rest , But for a while we now use the best,But seriously guys, you really are the best by miles,Keep up the good work 👍

Me and my girlfriend ordered pizza and accidentally fell asleep on the couch. They called us twice and rung the door twice but we still didn't wake up (totally our fault)the guy put the pizza down and covered it so no one nicked it. Best delivery guy ever. I didn't get a chance to tip him but if he's out there you deserve a raise. Good guy. Great pizza. Will order again.

Last time Im going to order here, second time the meat taste weird, Last time chicken and now the bacon.. not anymore. Disgusting.

Took a hour to deliver the pizza 🍕 and it came cold , also try to call them for about 20 minutes and no one answered, terrible service.

Honestly the worst pizza I have ever had! Sauce had no taste at all, neither did the cheese or “bread” base! Slices were so inconstant as some would have loads more sauce and cheese than others. Crust was “deep dish” but couldn’t get any thinner and was overcooked till it went hard! The bottom of the pizza was covered in so much cornmeal you find yourself wanting to clean your hands after every time you pick it up and also need to hover up after as it gets everywhere! I wouldn’t be surprised if the owner don’t even eat it because of how bad it taste! You’d think if you had your own pizza shop and spent all day there you would try and perfect your recipe and quality so it could compete with places like dominos or the other 5 pizza places in town! Absolutely terrible and waste of money will defiantly never be having it again! Tesco value do a better pizza for lest than a tenth of the price and would take lest than a half the time to go to the shop and cook it then it did for them to deliver it! GRIM

Absolutely amazing, great service, pizza was still hot when it arrived, the pizza's size for its price was so affordable and puts dominos to shame, the garlic stuffed crust had actual garlic in it (good thing) and was soft and overall it was amazing

Disappointing as I've tasted a better pizza from a supermarket. Pepperoni seemed to break into pieces, possibly freezer burnt?? Very strange. Quick delivery and friendly staff but based on food, not good.
