Very friendly staff always use this indian restaurant

A friend & I went there before and were very dissapointed. We were not from the area so were looking for a decent curry house. It is not a licenced restuarant so yo need to take your own if you want to drink. Served Coke to the table in the can that it came in and despite it beijng a Saturday night the place was nearly empty with no atmosphere whatsoever. Food was questionable but certainly not the best.I do fully appreciate that we may have just hit on a quiet time but we will not be going back again as we will be in Andovber again this year for the same event.

Absolutely amazing from start to finish. Nothing was a problem and it tasted superb! Would highly recommend to anyone.

Absolutely excellent food, friendly staff and very accomodating with dietary requirements. They are so helpful when asking questions on the phone and are great at suggesting dishes to try when ask. Our favourite weekly takeaway!

Based on the reviews here on Google Maps I decided to try Curry Leaf as I was staying in the Hotel down the road and I can honestly say what a delicious meal it was, I had the Chicken Shashlik with a Balti Sauce, Mushroom Rice and Garlic Nann, Definitely worth a visit if in the area..

The food here is alright. If you are looking for dairy free or vegan food they accommodate the menu for you. We have been a few times. From the Indian restaurants in Andover this could be one of the best. Little variation in the curries, although the menu says there is plenty, the reality is that they seem to have one sauce that they mix with all of them, except maybe a few. But we like the service and it is a relaxing place to eat out.

This was a pleasant Saturday evening experience, let down unfortunately by the quality of the food. The waiting staff were friendly, helpful, chatty - and they were great in singing along to my Happy Birthday song!!However, the Shashlik dishes we shared were over charred, really dry, and just not all that tasty. Our usual spot was closed this weekend so we tried this place out. Overall I don’t regret it, but the food wasn’t good enough to convince us to return.

Really love their Madras and jalfrazi. Very friendly staff. Not eaten in their restaurant, but I sure it will be a great experience. The chef and I think owner always pops out the kitchen and shake my hand, Great personal touch. I keep forgetting to order mint sauce over the phone.,but as I have been going there for a while now they pop one in for me. The portion size could be a little larger., but the curry they serve is incredibly tasty. I believe the best Indian in the area. And they are very proud that they have a 5 star 'scores on the doors food safety plan. Unlike others in the area. 😁

Despite being part of a large group and giving no warning of our arrival, the staff were great and very attentive. Food arrived in good time and tasted delicious. Good drinks selection and overall prices seemed very reasonable. I think the food is just marginally better in Mumbai Brasserie but service was so much better in the Curry Leaf. Great find, highly recommend.
