it tasted awful, and they forgot my ice cream which i tried getting in touch with them… no response, useless, the delivery driver was excellent it was just in store staff, very poor effort.

Ordered 28 large pizzas for a social event. Arrived 5 minutes early, all piping hot and very tasty. Very happy and will use again.

Today I did a order 3 large pizza plus one medium, plus 21 chicken wings, and only received 14 chicken wings, also 2 pizza are completely cold, I had phone them explain the situation and they not refund the 7 missing chicken wings or replace the cold pizzas this is unacceptable. Avoid DOMINO'S Andover

There was a mix up with my order - They sorted it out immediately with no hassle - Top people - Thank you.

Not even worth a 1 star today. Waited 1.5 hors for a stone cold pizza to be delivered called for refund no manager working so that would explain everything. Now have to call another number just to get a refund. Its joke dominos andover

Placed order for pizza, went to collect, had to wait 10+ minutes before anyone even acknowledged I had entered the shop. Which was empty. Turned out the pizzas I had ordered were sitting on the top shelf all the time l had been standing there being ignored like me. Consequence luke warm pizzas and reluctance to ever repeat the experience!

I am disgusted. Me and my friend ordered two pizzas and garlic bread to be delivered. After at a 40 minute wait we decided to call since the dominos app said it was still baking. Then when we phoned the man said that after ordering online we should of called to say we had ordered. I had never heard of this before.Then he proceeded to say hat there were no orders to our destination even though we had screenshots to prove. After phoning up again saying our order hasn’t been delivered the person working there hung up on my friend. This was annoying and rude as we wanted our pizzas!!Then after being told there were no pizzas to our destination 5 mins later our pizzas arrived and the driver said that he had already tried to deliver even though we had been waiting outside for 30mins!! Overall the service was horrific and they were very rude to us.Nevertheless the food was very good!

I used to order from them quite regularly and their service was quick. Not anymore. I ordered this evening, probably the first time in a month or so, and after a couple of phone calls, and two hours after the confirmation email, I decided to just cancel and ask for a refund. I requested a delivery from a direct competitor (Papa Johns) and two minutes later the Dominos pizza arrived at the door. I sent it away. No apology from the driver, in fact he didn’t even utter a word. And an apology over the phone perhaps? Nope, they were just rude. Terrible service and the final time I will order from this particular branch.

Sometimes their early morning customers can be noisy.I only order when it's the two for one deal. £35 otherwise.I can eat two large pizzas if I'm hungry after a long day.Staff have a reasonable level of customer service.
