KFC in Test Valley

Staff gave two pieces less than I had paid for. When I went to complain they didn't even apologise but made a face when giving the 2 extra items. Extremely poor customer service.

Consistently let down by this KFC. Food is always cold, bread is always stale, the restaurant is filthy and the toilets are always out of order. Drive thru takes around 15-20 minutes on average to pass through, even with only a couple cars ahead. Absolute shambles.

Could never get order right. This is the 5th time they get order wrong for me. Its either less chicken in my bucket order or less hot wings in bucket deal. U guys need to give customer what they pay for. Bad for business

Was going to order food however the two women behind the counter were more interested in their chat than serving customer. Decided to leave without buying and will not go back.But of feedback learn to be polite….

Check your drive thru orders before leaving, funny that it is never wrong in my favour and its every 3 or 4 orders will not be correctly packed. Food is good though...

Toilets disgusting as no change from other visits. Not blaming the staff as they are too busy. They try their best, but to much interest in the Uber type + delivers. Overall, it seems the in-house consumers are of little importance to KFC.

If all kfcs are getting like this they're in trouble.None of the screens are working. Kiosk order points either don't respond to touches or don't have images so impossible to see what you want to order (the screens at the till are off also so you can't see there either).Toilets are always marked as out of use too.Orders packed wrong so we end up eating parts of each others meals too.It's never busy anymore which is a positive and the food can still be tasty as it's KFC but this particular one is definitely struggling and the fact it's nearly empty at lunchtime on a weekend says everything.Either needs new management or a new franchise owner or both. Neither seem to care currently and the store comes across as struggling which isn't a surprise with how it seems to be run.

Food was cold and chicken looked like fried few times before and edges were hard . And chicken coating was totally different than normal kfc have no bread crumbs .It was not like kfc at all .No wonder it was empty .This kfc branch definitely need attention .Thanks

Received something totally different that that what was ordered, shambolic, bordering on fraudulent. Do not order by just Eat. Intact go elsewhere. There needs to be an investigation. I wounder if they would get away with this in the USA.

Went into the restaurant and ordered on the screen. We waited 25 mins for the food. With people behind us getting there food before us and we only ordered 2 meals. When we got the food at the counter the food was all out the boxes and everywhere with in the bag. I asked for a refund and the manager was nice and was angry with the staff after looking in the bag for herself. She offered me a refund and to remake the food for free. So I accepted this. After getting the food and eating this in the car realised that my burger bun had mold on so was instantly put off by this and through it all away. What an absolute joke this place is. The worst KFC I have every been in and will never return again. Get some good and experienced staff. And get rid off all the youngsters behind the counter ignoring the customers and just messing about having banter with one another. Also it’s unprofessional to make rude remarks about drive through customers when people at the till area inside the restaurant can hear you.
