Magic Roundabout - Hungry Horse in Test Valley

Absolutely shocking ! No communication between staff or to customers when ordering food once you place your order they wait till you've sat down to tell you half your meal isn't available. So confusing won't be returning , quality of food was awful too! would definitely not recommend

Love this place. I often pop in for a drink and some food. My pup really loves it here too which is a massive plus. They are extremely dog friendly. All the staff are super nice, helpful and cheerful. We are always welcomed with a smile and fantastic service.

Food was nice, the issue was the cleanliness on the whole. They maybe sort staffed but in that case don't have so many tables open that can't be cleaned.

Nothing has changed Bad is an understatement.Cheap food and lots missing of the menus was asked to pick a different main despite a long wait to be told they have run out. Food was ok and was on the cold side. Had a massive headache from the wild children running around. Is this a pub or a playground??

Manic! Screaming, children thumping, out of control running around probably because they were sick of waiting for ages for food. The starter came before our drinks (x 2 soda and limes) and after chasing the drinks was promised it was on its way, 5 mins later they arrived. When our food arrived LATE, again after waiting 45 mins and then told by staff it would be an extra 35 mins on top to wait, it wasn't cooked and could have grown legs and walked away! Pudding came and it was rock hard! No idea how on earth people have rated it 5*.

Can’t beat visiting for the various offers during the week! Ordering via the app is quick and easy, and food is done fairly quickly. Only pain point is lots of things on the menu are frequently not available, due to shortages/deliveries. Not the fault of the restaurant, but a pain nevertheless.

One of the better outlets in the Hungry Horse Chain, although without a delivery yesterday they managed to meet our order requirements. Well done the kitchen staff, serving up 11 meals (a mix of adult and children's) all together and hot. Will be using them again the next time we are in Another to see the grandkids. 😁😁

The Folly is our go to pub, always great service and even when it's busy they try and accommodate you! We love going for breakfast here, it's quick and perfectly cooked each time. My 5 year old loves it and the staff are always amazing with him. Would recommend the Folly to anyone!

The Folly has been completely redecorated. Looks modern lovely friendly staff. The food was amazing it has been upgraded, better menus money wise it costs a bit more but worth it and they do have deals on so check it out. I will definitely we going back.
