McDonald's in Test Valley

Our experience today was the best that I've had so far in a UK McDonald's! Clean, fast service, super friendly and helpful employees, who'll happily bring your food to your table. Very well placed next to the A330. All in all just the pit stop our family needed today!

Milkshake was supposed to be strawberry and was some sort of crazy mix. vanilla and strawberry colour that was not mixed, and the taste of chocolate. Strangest milkshake I've ever had. Needless to say it went in the bin straight away.

3 times been here coffee half empty sent back for top up then only warm and frys limp both times hash brown soaking in oil not hot . Not bother going again. Cant McDonald's cook frys it is simple to get frys crisp come on .

The staff have always been friendly enough, but the food never seems to be warm or fresh. This used to be my last resort place as it is quick and it used to be 24 hrs. It is still advertised as 24 hrs for the drive through but recently this has not been the case and it's been shut.Tldr, it's better than nothing, but given any other choice I wouldn't bother.

I've got to state that a gentleman by the name of Matthew was very nice and helpful. Always busy, and still offered to bring our food to the table. Amongst other times in bringing crayons and activities for the toddler we're looking after. Now I don't go to fast food restaurants, but when we're toddler minding again, we'd gladly return.Thank you kind Matthew.It must be in our name, lol.

Breakfast is normally good - hot and fresh. But the regular menu experience is often poor. Last night waited 15 minutes for barely warm and dry burgers, cold fries, and hot apple pies. Poor management of food readiness, don't let everything else go cold just to wait on a single item. So often disappointing, I don't think I've had a hot, well-constructed burger from here.

Really annoying when you do online order. Go through drive thru to pick it up. Drive home then find order isn't right. Easy to say you should check before you leave. But when car park is full and nowhere to pull in to check. That's easier said than done

great service. not always on time but do their best. out of all the weeks I've used them, only about 3 or 4 times were they late.

McDonald's is McDonald's, the standard is the standard, the food never looks like the pictures and you always feel a little guilty after eating there, but I've used the drive through a total of 3 times and twice the order has been wrong.The first time I didn't get my fries with my meal, and this morning we missed out on 2 hash browns with our breakfast meals. The response is always the same from McDonald's: you should have checked before you drove away, or come back and we'll give you the hash browns.All I want is for them to get it right!

Easy to park and order with enough terminals available. We ordered via the app and the food arrived quickly.Staff were very friendly and helpful, food and drink was the usual standard.The restaurant was very dirty though and can’t understand why a couple of staff were loitering around the customer side of the counter doing nothing, while areas close to them were clearly dirty and needed cleaning.No cleaning took place while we were there after diners finished their meal and left the table. A potential breeding ground to pass on viruses.Too many convenient situated areas were reserved for staff and drivers, giving the feeling that they were more important than the customer.
