Prezzo - Romsey in Test Valley

Nice food, somewhat expensive for what you get but we used a taste card for 50% off making it very reasonable. Staff very friendly and catered well to dietary requirements.

Lovely food, in fact my partner said it was the best burger he’d ever had. However £6.95 for the smallest garlic bread you’ve ever seen is extortionate. Service was good. I like the drinks are as cold as it gets, I think they put the glasses in the freezer. Lovely building. I would return but will definitely be avoiding the starters and sides due to their cost. The drinks are also pricey

I am extremely sorry to say that I was majorly dissapointed today. As a family we have been to 2 other Prezzos and they were fantastic (wimborne minster being our favourite). I ordered a posh pepperoni pizza, truffle fries for main and blueberry and champagne cheesecake. The pizza albeit edible tasted off. I couldn't quite determine what went wrong because wimborne prezzo posh pizza is absolutely amazing. Truffle fries I could only assume had been completely drowned in oil because I needed an extra drink to get them down. On a positive note the staff were brilliant. Very polite and pleasant.

I'm not a Prezzo fan tbh.It's okay but it's never a memorable experience, it's food, from a chain.Normally the meal is made (or not) by the service.Bad memories of places like this tend to stick with me and I don't have any of this evening so it must have been okay.

Friendly staff, beautiful building and delicious food. The menu was slightly more expensive than on my last visit, but the flavour of the food was much improved so definitely don't begrudge the price, plus two for one vouchers make it very reasonable if you have one!

Just had an order from here this evening, wasn't impressed.The waitresses in front of house, unfriendly, unwelcoming.The spaghetti bolognese had about a teaspoon of bolognese on it.The chicken Alfredo tagliatelle was a VERY small portion, dry and flavourless.The carbonara was also flavourless.Very disappointed. Would not order again.Bella vita in North baddesly was sadly closed, this is where we normally visit and would highly recommend.

Quality food came out hot unlike some restaurants customer service was great. Not a long wait between starter and main. Happy to go back

Good friendly service with a nice atmosphere and decent Italian food. A little bit pricey for what you get however - four small tortellini as a £6.95 starter is rather steep (see pic!).

My favourite restaurant for pizza so far. The base is well stretched and the thickness is at the right level. I definitely enjoyed every single piece of it. The atmosphere was good as well. Would recommend it !
