Romsey Kebab House in Test Valley

Was the worst kebab ive ever eaten dry bland and if you want coleslaw it's an extra £1 really? Don't waste your money and be disappointed.as you can see from their response that basically says it all. Amazing customer service it's on par with the kebab. I say no more

Chicken kebab is not good at all, went in the bin. ts covered in a yellow powder spice mix and pan fried rather than grilled. Dry and stringy.Pitta bread wasn't fresh.Doner kebab was ok but wouldn't get again.Customer service is good though!

Because this is the only take away kebab shop in the area they think they can get away with poor service and quality of food, the salad now only consists of onion, letting or a unappealing cabage. They also don't take card paymentsNew postIts been three years and they don't learn, I ordered 1 chicken kebab, 1 lamb kebab when we got home both kebabs were lamb, I tried ringing the shop three times no answer, we may leave it another three years

Just avoid - No grill, everything is fried. Hands down the worst kebab I have ever, ever had. Chicken was barely cooked, only got some iceberg and a few onions. Terrible and awful waste of money! Will never recommend, it was paltry.

Very poor quality food.Bland and not cooked properly.Had to take my Donner meat back to be cooked properly.Chilli sauce was like heinz tomato soup.

Very greecy, poor quality meat, the lamb sheesh was basically gristle 🤮. Pitta breads were stale. Very disappointed, won't be returning.

Have been here a few times as its the local shop with no others within reasonable distance. Not again though. The staff are always friendly but the food is below average. Very bland meat, fries always soggy instead of crispy. Last night i asked for full salad and got a mountain of just lettuce and onion. Do yourself a favour.

Brilliant service here and great staff. Some time ago I ordered a donner and chicken combination kebab but when I got home (only around the corner) I realised it was missing chicken. I returned and the staff was happy to make me a fresh one and gave me a free bottle of drink as way of apology. Also they kept the original kebab warm for me whilst I waited for the fresh one so in the end I left with two kebabs. Very happy and the food is great

Overpriced kebabs. Watery chilli sauce. Boring salad. No option of extra chillies. They don't even bother to fill the kebab properly..its all thrown in a box. Staff disinterested. Poor all around. Pity, this place used to be good......not anymore.

You must have cash! I ordered my kebab and my sons nuggets, went to the bank. Didn't give me any money!!!Went to apologise. Given the kebab and nuggets and 2 cans of coke and they requested I return with the money when I had it!!!Generous people and delicious food. Not going to go to any other place for my kebabs. Been back since, kind , friendly reception and once again the kebab!!! Very thinly sliced meat. Chilli sauce and real chill kid just right with plenty of salad and mayo. YUM
