Wonderful food and hospitality as always. Very much our go to for lovely authentic made with love dinner.

Meal was great, Still have to bring your own drinks though...

The place itself is very easy to find and well signposted.Once you enter you are warmly greeted by the friendly staff on site.Although the place is “bring your own beer”, the staff are happy to keep your drinks behind the bar and serve you your own beverages, making it a great place to entertain guests.The food itself was great quality and served quite rapidly. All of the 7 persons at the table were able to start their main course at the same time, which is always a bonus!Will return if I am ever in the area.

Such amazing food, all home cooked, it was delicious, so nice staff are amazing, thank you guys what a great meal I'm stuffed

Tasty food, amazing friendly service. Even took the time to explain what was in some dishes as I could not decide. Perfect flavours in the dansak and we will definitely be back.

Ordered takeaway,was delivered on time.Very dissapointed about the food.The curries tasteless,watery,no flavour.Lamb chop! (not chops) half fat and bone.Definitelly was my first and last order

we have recently moved back to Andover and decided to give Shah Raj a go.Disappointed to say the least. 40mins to get poppadoms, then 45 mind to get starter which for mine was bland. waited a further 30mims and main still didn't arrive. my wife way getting tired and quite fed up so I said just go home and I will ask for take out for main. and a further10 min. And got home opened up and have just four pieces of chicken and a bunch of onions and sauce. yes we were discounted 10%, And his excuse staff refused to travel down from London due to covid. Really! never again awful dining experience first night out.

Looked at the reviews on this restaurant and decided to order a takeaway last night. Was really disappointed with our chicken tikka masala and chicken korma. The sauces were really bland, and tasted watery. There was water left in the bowl after we'd finished eating. To be honest the only reason I can think for this is that they were frozen, and not cooked fresh to order. Will not be using them again.

90 mins after we're ordered, we ate. Food was mediocre. One family member found a sliver of metal in her food (we were not charged for the food) but had she eaten it she would've ended up in A&E. Decor is tired, they seemed to focus on their takeaway customers rather than sit down customers. The stairs are very steep so you've had it if you have a chair. Overall 1 out of 5. Won't be returning.
