The New Bengal Takeaway in Test Valley

Disappointed 😞Mains were gorgeous but sides weren't...* Rice had large uncooked lumps in it which we had to throw away.* Onion Bhajis were soggy and oily and under cooked. We couldn't eat them.* Poppadoms were limp and undercooked and again weren't edible.

Absolutely delicious. We got a takeaway order from here last night and it was the best Indian food I’ve had in years! Workers were very friendly and our meal was very enjoyable. Not a long wait at all and an amazing experience overall. I highly recommend this place! 5 stars from me!!

I will post and repost this as many times as needs be. You cannot fault The New Bengal. Rubel always goes above and beyond for you and always has a personal touch. Food delicious as always. I will recommend these to anyone in Andover and I know they will not be disappointed :)

Yet another delicious takeaway! Order arrived early and hot. Food was very tasty. Can highly recommend the Chicken Shaslik and a Spinach Bhaji.

Overall very disappointed with the service that we were provided with. Firstly, the didn’t deliver. After two hours and twenty minutes I cancelled my order. It’s safe to say that we won’t be ordering from them ever gain. I called them after 1 hour and I was lied to that it was “ just round the corner” . STAY CLEAR

Ordered quite a few times now and this is by far the best curry I've had anywhere in the UK.Always prompt, hot, well balanced taste and excellent customer service.

One of the most expensive takeaway in town, the food is good but the service is appalling. I've yet to have a complete order. Paying over the odds and not even getting a full order is not acceptable.

I've been here several times, the food was excellent as always. Staff are very friendly and the quality speaks for itself. Great value and speedy service. 10/10 from me.

Wow, best Indian meal I have ever tasted. Ordered on a Saturday night for 7 people and none of us were disappointed. Every dish we ordered was exceptional. Would absolutely recommend to anyone thinking of using the Bengal for the first time. Well done, will be ordering again very soon.

Had the set menu tonight and it was absolutely delicious. Best Indian meal I've had for ages. Everything was really well cooked and tasty. We had it delivered and it was with us within half an hour from placing the online order. I'll definitely return. Thank you ever so much! Made my daughters birthday even better! Thanks again. 👍
