I used to see the chef make his own pizza dough, a joy watching him spin the dough! Now I only see Pre made, (cheap to make).Seem to wait a long time getting served as only one at the till. He's in no hurry! My biggest shock was the price of peroni, £4.95 a small bottle! There must be some regulation over this high pricing, I know there's profit to make but!Sharing plater was very good though, wasn't aware that if there's something you wanted adding, they would do it.I felt that the plater would be tops if some tomato was there to compliment the dish. All in all it was OK, with pleasant staff.

Love this place. The pizza scissors are so cool. Fantastic pizza from a real pizza oven, good service, top coffee and all at a very reasonable price too.

The atmosphere in this place is absolutely amazing! We popped in on a Bank Holiday, so it was busy, but the guy behind me said 'it's worth the wait' and oh my gosh it was! Best coffee I had in ages, if not the best in my life. If you're ever in the area, be sure not to miss this place!

Visited Good Friday a long wait for drinks as seemed only one poor girl ( polite with dark hair and glasses) was running about taking the orders to tables. This place needs more staff especially as Stockbridge gets so busy. Also visited a week ago and older staff member was more interested looking at her phone than helping to serve customers. The pizza is great but waiting so long puts you off going.

I took my mum and daughter to woodfire pizza today for a lunch treat, but unfortunately the ceaser salad my mum ordered was inedible, in her words, the chicken & bacon was dry and the croutons were not crisp and were unchewable. It's unfortunate as I have been here before, although only for take out coffee and cake, which was ok. It was steady when we arrived but there where only 7 tables occupied at the time, but no tables clean or clear to sit down. The lad behind the counter did say they were short staffed. Unfortunately it's not somewhere I would recommend unless you are particularly desperate for a take away coffee that is.

Real shame, as the food was good but the place needs cleaning to a much higher standard - need to do regular toilet checks, as they were awful. And take a look at the top of your skirting board, stairs and particularly under the cushions on the seats - there was a meal in itself under ours!

Not impressed. Not acknowledged when we walked in. A young man working there walked past us twice without saying hello and made us feel in the way. Finally a lady said hello and told us to find a seat and come back to order at the counter. As we then moved to find a table the young man said ‘you’re welcome’ to me in a sarcastic way because he’d had to wait for us to walk through a doorway before him. We went upstairs as downstairs was freezing cold. I visited the ladies toilet to find no toilet paper and it was absolutely filthy. The whole place looked like it needed a clean. The cutlery pot on the table was filled with dust. The pizza was tasty but slightly underdone and the pizza cutters are good. Very overpriced for the whole experience.

A disappointing lunch. I had booked a table two weeks before only to find that our table was in the freezing back part of the restaurant right by an unlit fire. We were very cold so asked to move. We moved upstairs which was much warmer. However, nobody told us the system, we waited and waited and it was only when I went to ask was I told that we had to order at the counter! When the pizzas finally arrived, they were tasty but sadly cold.

Very tasty pizzas made fresh in their wood fired ovens. Various different topping combinations available, we had their “Italia”. Base had a nice chewy bite to it and ingredients tasted fresh. We also tried their Avo Trout, which was smoked trout on sourdough, and that was very tasty as well. Food arrived promptly after ordering. Would recommend.
