The chef knows how to cook fish, hands down. Food was delicious, delicate, fresh, unpretentious and varied enough. Wine list was enough. Atmosphere was great and service was good. I would definitely visit again if I’m in Margate.

This place is a gem if there ever was one, quaint and right by the beach with great service, ambiance, and food quality. The sauces delicate and with flavors which were delicious and totally new to my partner and I who are longtime cooks from the u.s. Thanks a lot Angela's staff for an unforgettable food experience! Hope to be back soon!

Lovely restaurant with a cosy feel. Delicious fresh seafood and local ingredients. The menu was both inventive and comforting and the team are knowledgeable, friendly and made our experience so memorable! It was also dog friendly, which was a lovely surprise!

Celebrated my 50th birthday at Angela’s back in September (slow to write a review). Everything was perfect, food, service, ambience. We sat in the small room to rear, great for a group gathering. Lee, the manager / our waiter, couldn’t have been more accommodating. Upbeat, informative, patient (5 tipsy ladies)! Highly recommend, the word is being spread 🙂

Really nice sea food restaurant in Margate, personally I quite like the seasoning beside fresh tastes. 😌

Best calamari ever. Best burrata ever. 10/10 for presentations. If you like to have tapas/aperitivo this is the place!

A lovely little restaurant right in the sea front. The staff are amazingly friendly and helpful. The food was outstanding and the wine selection was great. We had the scallops, clams and smoked prawns for a starter, for me the scallops were a real standout in a tomato sauce. For mains we had the monk fish, which was very meaty and full of flavour and the lemon sole, which again was a solid dish. My partner had the lemon tart, which she informs me was lovely. We shared a bottle of the English white wine which was delicious. Can highly recommend this place.

Great little restaurant with fish focused menu and great wine list. Lovely friendly service and very helpful with menu choices and wine. The dishes we had were beautifully cooked. A very enjoyable dining experience

Definitely one to recommend. I was cheeky and lucky enough to get a table as a walk-in when everything was clearly booked and had a fantastic meal there. Everything is as fresh as can be and cooked to absolute perfection. Not only is the food super tasty but the staff is incredibly nice, which always makes the whole experience that much more enjoyable. Nicely done!

Lovely food and great service! Came here for lunch before we head back to London after a 4-day trip and this was by far the best meal!Had the scallops and smoked prawns for starters and plaice and monkfish for mains, all very delicious and fresh. The monkfish with sweetcorn and paprika butter that my partner ordered was so good I wish I had that too. Would recommend booking in advance as the place is quite small.
