We had a such a good time here, we missed our last train home! We had a great 3 course meal. The fish was perfectly cooked and seasoned - and the hospitality was incredible. The owners overheard we had missed our last train home - turns out they had recently started offering guest rooms upstairs (which were really nicely furnished with all sustainable materials). So after our meal, we stayed a night there and woke up to a lovely view of the bay! Sadly, it was a Wednesday, so had to leave early. We’ll be back, though!

A small, very cosy restaurant with delicious seafood. Every dish was brilliant, you can look at the cooks preparing your dish as the kitchen is an open space. Wheelchair accessible (but not the toilets).

Lovely, intimate little restaurant serving fresh and creative seafood dishes. The asparagus with Ashmore and the cured bream with pickles were both absolutely sublime. I also loved the skate that I ordered as a main - 4 rather than 5 stars only because my husband was a bit disappointed with the monkfish. Nice wine list, very friendly and knowledgeable service. Booking essential.

Excellent service, great food! We had the lobster and skate, and they're both highly recommended.

My favourite place to eat in Margate and worth a day trip just for lunch. Just make sure you book in advance, it's a tiny restaurant. The seafood menu is always excellent, interesting wines and I can never leave without dessert.

The chef knows how to cook fish, hands down. Food was delicious, delicate, fresh, unpretentious and varied enough. Wine list was enough. Atmosphere was great and service was good. I would definitely visit again if I’m in Margate.

Lovely restaurant with a cosy feel. Delicious fresh seafood and local ingredients. The menu was both inventive and comforting and the team are knowledgeable, friendly and made our experience so memorable! It was also dog friendly, which was a lovely surprise!

Celebrated my 50th birthday at Angela’s back in September (slow to write a review). Everything was perfect, food, service, ambience. We sat in the small room to rear, great for a group gathering. Lee, the manager / our waiter, couldn’t have been more accommodating. Upbeat, informative, patient (5 tipsy ladies)! Highly recommend, the word is being spread 🙂

A lovely little restaurant right in the sea front. The staff are amazingly friendly and helpful. The food was outstanding and the wine selection was great. We had the scallops, clams and smoked prawns for a starter, for me the scallops were a real standout in a tomato sauce. For mains we had the monk fish, which was very meaty and full of flavour and the lemon sole, which again was a solid dish. My partner had the lemon tart, which she informs me was lovely. We shared a bottle of the English white wine which was delicious. Can highly recommend this place.
