Archie's in Thanet

We had a take away on fish and chips. The fish was moist and excellent batter. Chips were very good NOT soggy. Staff very friendly and helpful

Great atmosphere. Young chap was fun but could have served the plate gently. That slam on the table not my usual experience in any eatery. It's a great local space and everyone knows everyone.

Really is an excellent chippy. The chips are always spot on and I think I am addicted to the sausage in batter! They are to die for.. Don't park on the pavement outside the shops as its a bus route!

The food that is produced at Archies is the best fish n chips I've tasted in years. Always fresh, hot and cooked to perfection. Great prices, that won't beak the bank. The staff are lovely, very polite and courteous too. They make you feel very welcome.I cannot fault the delivery service, always bang on time and delivered with a friendly smile. All in all I would recommend Archies to anyone. You will not be disappointed!

A lovely place to sit in a eat your fish and chips. Freshly cooked to order and large portions. Good service from polite, helpful staff. Would definitely go again.

What an amazing fish restaurant! Archie's is great. Great fish, great chips, great atmosphere and great service.We came for a family meal (party of 12) and we were looked after like family🙂Would highly recommend taking the tea tomorrow in minster to visit this gem of a restaurant.P.S. they also do take away

Surprisingly good fish and chips. Very comfortable seating and the decor is nice and you don't feel like you are in a suburban take away. Also lovable staff- old owner called me young man which made my day.
