Lovely staff, if a little slow with service. Food was tasty and I love the variety of drinks!

Dined here and used the soft play. I had the misfortune of using the babychange in the disabled toilet, which was revolting. It was horribly dirty; the nappy bin was overflowing and the floor and surrounding parts of the toilet were filthy, covered in inches of mould and something sticky. The chairs at our table were similar in cleanliness - covered in something white and sticky, the fabric was old, dirty and stained on almost every chair.The food was a bit better - my vegan burger was dry, but the chips were the right side of crispy and the cauliflower bites went well with the spicy dip. My toddler's Mac and cheese had a good lot of veg in it, and the crispy veg sticks were a good extra.The saving grace was that the staff were all really friendly, helpful and attentive.Clean up the toilets and the decor and it could be a good, family place to go!

Food was lovely but my kids were waiting for ages for their meals they were very hungry. Nd no toilet paper in loo . But other than that was nice place lady in the soft area was really friendly xx

All the staff in the bar and restaurant were absolutely brilliant food was good breakfast amazing dinner amazing could not fault them in any way. Well done

Great place to eat out my family and I often go here , food is lovely , and puddings are great too. And great if you have children too as have a park out the back and soft play area,( although soft ay area isn't free. ) but overall great place highly recommend.

The Sunday carvery was cancelled this week due to oven problems - however even though we had a table booked for 1:45 we had no forward warning. We arrived to wait at least 7-8minutes with at least 8 people queuing behind us to be greeted and seated. Only one person on the bar and other staff walking around the place with nothing in their hands. We were at a loss because we had not experienced this before. We waited over 40 minutes for our food which was warm at best and none of our party were impressed.After using this restaurant for several years I have always boasted never having a duff meal but last Sunday was a huge letdown - I don’t know what has happened there but I will not be going back for a while in the hope they can get their act together again.

The breakfast was by far the best I have had from this chain. I have visited uo to 25 of these up and down the country. I was very impressed with the the way the breakfast was prepared.They have a soft play area and a playground. The soft play area never seems to be open when I take my children due to "staff shortages". That is a bit disappointing.

Visited on the 12th December as a large family group of 16. Haven't visited in a few years as a previously awful experience put us off but had been told had improved. On arrival was seated and was ridiculously hot though air conditioning came on later which was much better. Service is at the bar. I had a voucher for a free 2 course festive menu which the til wouldn't accept but the manager put it through, would have been £11.99. Kids 3 course meals at £4.99 very reasonable with lots of choice and large portions. Drinks fruit shoot £1.70 and large white wine was £4, very reasonable. Had the festive carvery, self serve as sunday choice of Turkey, beef or pork. All delicious. Kids meals were large, my twins only 3 and they couldn't finish it so be enough for older children easily. We were a little disappointed that the play area was £3.50 now as previously free, we did pay it but seems a little steep. Kept kids entertained though, they loved it. There is an outdoor play area too but wasn't weather for that! Service was quick, friendly and efficient. Would definately visit again. Nice meal out, recommended.

We went here for Xmas Dinner and I've got to say our 2 young waiters were fab, would like to thank the staff for giving up their Xmas day to make sure we had a good time.Food was great and more than enough.The only downside was where we were sitting, we had no children with us but was put right by the children's play area so had a few screaming kids to listen to, at one point a child fell on the floor right by our table nearly tripping an elderly customer over, maybe next time we should request a different table.Overall experience was good

Great 👍restaurant in a great location. We had a lovely family 👪 dinner and everyone satisfied their appetite 😀. Staff was very polite and friendly. The place was fully booked but relatively quiet and good social distancing measures in place. The kids play area is also nice and handy - a bit cold outside on the day... Excellent value 👏 for money 💰. We definitely recommend 👌 this place.
