The person who tool the order was very busy but took the time to ask how we were

They have changed their app not user friendly one poor guy working on his own.

Small .tables needed to be cleaned staff seem to be ok

Service was slow and restaurant was dirty but coffee was ok

Great latte, luv the stem ginger biscuits, nice ambience, and great barista, many thanks a hidden gem

Went in for a coffee and snack, unfortunately , only person serving was on their break and was told by the cleaner that we would have to wait at least 30 minutes before they were back

I stopped by for a coffee. Nice and quiet cafe inside a bookstore. Very friendly members of staff.

A nice Nero's, but the very welcoming staff set this above some others in the area. Good coffee well made, could not ask for more and a nice place to chill.

Today 3rd of March. No busier than a normal sat. 2 new staff. NOT REGULAR service for this 5* place. APPALLING. Tables left dirty, stacks if washing up, cups not clean. Haven't bothered to clear up Any tables. The girl was drinking coffee when there was clearing to be done. Disgraceful. The gentleman delivered food to a table with 3 trays of dirty crockery and didn't even remove a single one for the poor customer to eat properly at her table. Won't even sit down if the regular fantastic staff are not here and either of those 2 are!!
