Charcoal Grill in Thanet

STARTED COMING INTO THIS BEAUTIFUL CHARCOAL GRILL KEBAB A COUPLE OF DAYS AGO AND ITS FANTASTIC THE FOOD IS PERFECT AND THE STAFF ARE SO FRIENDLY AND WELCOMING WE ARE ALWAYS COMING HERE FOR OUR FOOD ALWAYS NOW DELICIOUS AND THE DELIVERY SERVICE IS SO RAPID BEST KEBAB EVER XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX ;)

Very good service used them through lockdown now today isolating for real I phoned after ordered and the food was left on step as instructed.As usual food good.Thank you

Tried to order delivery with card payment told they don't do that sent me a link to pay online x food came but cold can't complain to chargrill grill as don't want to no

Our favourite place to order from for years, whether it’s their homemade pizzas, their burgers or their kebabs. Chicken shish kebab with salad and pitta bread was delicious. Everything cooked well and their salads are always fresh. Love what they do with their red cabbage - adds a nice flavour. Generous portions too. Staff here are polite. Even their delivery guys are lovely!

I ordered online, and I made a mistake with the delivery address (I didn't check it was correct). We only realised when the driver rang to say the food was outside, and when i opened the door, It wasn't! Called them up, asking where it was and the other address had taken our order and not said anything to the driver. I rang the shop and they were lovely and even though it was my mistake and they didn't have to help us out at all, they were brilliant. We paid a smaller amount than my order came to as we'd used them before and they sent us out our meal,i t arrived very quickly, piping hot, and delicious as always. They didn't have to do that for us but I'm very happy they did.

Service was quick and friendly. Ordered a combination kebab, everything tasted good. Portion size was average but too much salad for my liking. Pitta bread was left outside the box so was dry. Chips were good. 👍🏻

Paid nearly £3 for garlic bread on the menu and they go any buy and cook a cheap one from a local shop! Utter disappointment! Never again

Really good meat, had both doner and shish in my kebab as the combo was a good price, £8.50 I think it was.My mate recommended this place and said it was the best kebab around. Was very busy so lots of people clearly think the same.Only thing that wasn't to my personal taste, was the garlic sauce. Tasted a bit minty to me. Excellent kebab still, just had to remove some of the sauce.

Avoid like the plague. Missing items when food arrived. Rang restaurant and was yelled at. Missing item sent out. Then realised wrong portions sent out. Rang again, to be threatened, screamed at, abused down the phone by one of the nastiest people I’ve ever encountered. Told they were sending men to my house. Spent the rest of the evening worried sick at every noise of a car outside incase the restaurant had followed through with their threats. Almost had to involve the police as was worried for mine and my child’s safety.

When I first walked into charcoal grill i expected classic kebab house and was happy to receive it. However, when i ordered my mixed meat wrap i encountered an exquisitely built construction. So many flavours. But more importantly, so. Much. Love went into it. Bravo.
