Great food very friendly staff one of my favourite take away

Never had a bad Chinese from here one of the best by far around here well for me Any way and the chicken balls are nice and not just full of batter and all soggy like some others....👍 and the food all in general is nice 👌

Got a takeaway from here while we were visiting Ramsgate. Polite staff, tasty food and really fast delivery! Food also came piping hot.

We had our first take-away of 2021 with China City and the food and quality were amazing. And the price was not too expensive as well!!. We LOVED the chicken satay and the chicken wontons as starters. We had the Singapore vermicelli and Singapore rice (they were very tasty and spicy) and they went well with the Sweet and Sour chicken balls and the Shredded beef. The food was delivered on time and the person I talked to on the phone and the delivery driver were very friendly. We will order for China City again and we highly recommend China City if you want an excellent take-away in Ramsgate area.

Wouldn't normally take the time to review but they deserve the mention and good work should be appreciated. The food is probably the best Chinese I've had in a long while, they were happy to take my order at 10:50pm, and no problem delivering to the outskirts of Ramsgate. The food was piping hot too. Will be using them as my regular service from now on.

Started calling at 7.45, 93 phone calls in total to get through later, only bothered cause it was a treat for my kids. Dinner finally arrived at 10 past 10 at night. When we called were told it wasnt cooked, rang straight back to say we want to cancel and was told our dinner was on it's way.20 mins pass, it finally arrives and we refused it.If it isnt going to be ready for over 2 hours, just say.

Best chinese in Thanet. I am so fussy and been everywhere, but since finding China City I wont have anything else! Best pancake rolls, food is always hot and lovely. Portions are huge, always loads left for the next day.

I have been a regular customer of here for many years and have found this to be one of the very best Chinese takeaways in Thanet for both quality and value. Owners are friendly and helpful, food is usually very prompt and piping hot when delivered. They can be a bit heavy with salt during cooking but will happily cut down or omit altogether if asked. Recommended!

Generally a fantastic Chinese take away however very disappointed in the quality of chicken used in their curry. Probably why I been happy to give them 5 stars having usually pork, prawns and duck

We tasted China City for the first “but not for the last time” tonight, and I must say, we were rather impressed.I myself experienced the salt & chili chicken (dry) and oh gosh and what a taste of heaven it was. Thank you.My partner devoured a scrumptious looking mushroom chow mein which unfortunately I wasn’t quick enough to sample. He also thanks you.I was however lucky enough to taste the legendary King Prawn in black bean sauce, and believe me my tastebuds were dancing.Thank you and see you very soon.5/5⭐️
