Costa Coffee in Thanet

Prompt and accurate service from friendly staff. Not too busy at 10.30am on a Tuesday.

Was so disappointed 😞 that costa have changed brands of soya milk it tasted foul. I am a regular user of costa at my home town but will no longer be the case if all costa have changed to that brand.

To be honest, I didn't find it to be to the standard of orher Costa's I normally use. Staff a bit abrupt and not complying with safety regulations ( face masks). I felt it was a waste of time selecting an order, as you tend to get what is served up rather than what you ordered.

Great tasting coffee and good promotions with the app. Enjoyed a 50% discount on a toasted sandwich.

Standard Costa, nothing ground breaking but nothing too detrimental either, take away caramel latte was nice

Nice latte and mince pie for me and an after eight hot chocolate and golden billionaires in shortbread for the wife. Very to friendly and polite staff, thank you 🙂

Clinical interior with plastic screen, miserable masked up staff, airport lounge seating. Freezing air con making it unpleasant in the summer. Coffee is good but the experience makes it not worth it.

It's big, wide and quiet if it's not summertime. A good place to spend time alone. But Wi-Fi is not working.All employees are kind. Including Manager, assistant manager are all lovely. Also, coffee that often seen male barista makes is really delicious(super handsome!). There is no cup holder, so it is nice to cover the cup of ice drink with tissue and he has a nice smile. Thus I drank three cups of coffee every Sunday. So I later changed it to an Americano half-shot. Anyway, I'm leaving this neighborhood. Bye
