Eddy's Fried Chicken & Kebab in Thanet

Food was very late and cold when it turned up. It had a very strange taste to it. Very unpleasant

The most appalling service. Almost 2 hours to deliver on a quiet Thursday evening. When it turned up the delivery driver handed us cash back as they didn’t have 50% of our order!! They didn’t tell us, we even phoned them to chase the order and they still didn’t tell us. Absolutely awful service and I will never order again. Far too many other options in the area to bother with these complete idiots again.

Wouldn't touch them. Ordered through Uber eats for an 8pm delivery, nothing. 9pm raised with Uber who chased it. Eddy's said it was delivered and closed the order. Luckily Uber refunded.

Excessively late delivery and half the food wasn’t there. Worst Just Eat experience ever.

Rubbish. Food arrived extremely late and with only half the order. Don’t order from this place.

The food was delicious even after the drive it was still some of the best donner meat I have ever had

Food nearly an hour late, half the food was burn the other half not even cooked. Whole order stunk of cigarettes, won’t be ordering again, disgusting, was all thrown in the bin

don't know why i gave this place another chance, ordered a quarter pounder with cheese, saw the cheese and decided not as the cheese is just sat there with off colouring around the outside of the cheese, why not keep it individually wrapped as its square cheese? then i got lettuce put onto my burger that was absolutely soaking, and as figured when i got home the bottom but literarily was mush, chucked it in the bin, fried mushrooms where cheap nasty frozen overcooked, never going back, place has really bad hygiene practice

Ordered 2 chicken burgers and chips and a mixed doner at 7.45pm. It arrived at 9.10pm. Guy said it was £21.80 So I phoned shop to be told it was actually £17.60. Then delivery guy said he had no change from a £20. So he said go to shop and collect your change. Defeating the object of a takeaway. Chips were cold, burger was dry and kebab really greasy.Avoid like the plague, it's gone completely downhill since it's reopened.

I was very disappointed to find that Eddy's Fried Chicken & Kebab had no fried chicken; something that I had specifically gone there for, and was excited to try out, and also 50% of his advertised fare. Instead I had a chicken shish, which was not too bad, but was slightly overcooked, which dried it out a little. That aside, Eddy was lovely and the ingredients we're all fresh and tasty. Just a shame about the fried chicken ☹️
