Fireaway Pizza in Thanet

I continue to go here . Everyone so happy consistently with their pizzas . Their service at the shop is perfect too .

Passed by, hella sceptical. But after walking in the customer service was A1 **** (really worked with me to create a great piece of art as I built my own pizza) Liam went above and beyond to make this experience personal and simply amazing! 👌🏾..The preparation of the pizza was done with passion & precision! Once it was all said and done... I remained well impressed. Highly recommend ****

Ordered via Uber, driver didn’t follow instructions so left my food with someone else. By the time I found my food it was cold. Also very over priced for very average pizza!

Don’t usually write reviews but making an exception. Ordered my pizza from the Margate branch at 7pm on Saturday night Uber eats and it arrived minutes before 10pm. Uber do not deliver for the restaurant so options very limited. Called the number listed on Uber and the very helpful owner in Manchester said to call restaurant in Margate direct. I did and they advised me the order was leaving the restaurant in 5 minutes and apologised. It took another hour and 40 minutes for the pizza to arrive. The store was uncontactable during this time. 3 hours later I’m afraid I had already eaten. I think there should be a point where delivery becomes ridiculous and unacceptable! After another call with the owner I was told I would be refunded. No refund notification received from Uber. I do think there should be a better system in place locally to enhance customer service.

Lovely pizzas... Quick turn around, and freshly made on site.. Only thing a little pricey...... Worth it though when u eat one..

I ordered from this place for the first time and I enjoyed it a lot as the pizza was cooked perfectly and it was just delicious dough. Highly recommended!!

The king pepperoni was hands down the best I have had in a long time I defo recommend. Also the kinder cookie is AMAZING! 🍪 🍕 🔥

Really nice! We hate all the fake pizzaz from local take aways, fake pizza hut kind of dough that is mass produced. So it was a desperate decision to order BUT now Fireaway makes to our “good” list ! Really tasty crunchy base :) will order again!

Best pizza place in Thanet! 100% better than the standard dominoes or pizza hut. Would definitely recommend the milkshakes too!
