Absolutely disgusted being refused ordering food from thus restaurant via the JUST EAT APP and being told the reason was due to us getting a refund from just eat as the food took an hour and 45 minutes to come! With the food being cold on arrival!Being discriminated for getting a refund when it was the restaurants fault! Considering we order pretty much every week! You should take the criticism on the chin instead of punishing your customers. Your the ones losing out on the money now. Not happy and will be spreading the word about this.

Possibly the best Chinese I have ever had. Very friendly and great conversation with the English guy who took our order...over zealous parking wardens make the poor delivery drivers life unnecessarily difficult! Five stars 👌

Appalling service. Owner shuts the just eat app if he gets busy so your order gets cancelled after you’ve already paid and been waiting an hour! He doesn’t like card payments. Just wants the cash in hand. Poor service, overpriced food.

Food good but not worth the wait or the poor customer service. Wouldn't use again. No apology as to why order was so late and once order is placed they don't answer the phone to you when it is running late.

Delivery takes AGES! Bad customer service. Food is good but beginning to wonder if it is worth the wait and price. Plenty of other chinese take away facilities in Thanet with better customer service and cheaper food.

Very nice people. Very helpful. Food was good and hot and not greasy like a lot of competitors. Spicy rice noodles just right, not too hot and loads of flavour. Changed mix veg dish to our requested veg. Egg fried rice lovely and not greasy. Extra prawn crackers free too!

A great tasting take away! Crispy Chilli beef was superb - one of the best we've had in years! Sweet and sour chicken HK style was wonderful, vegetable curry samosas - a very pleasant surprise. Overall, it was a lovely meal, freshly cooked and delivered quickly. Definitely keeping the menu and ordering another meal

Delivery arrived within alloted time. Paid by card on the door which was very convenient. Food was hot and tasty: Capital Ribs, Crispy Chilli Beef, and egg fried rice. Free prawn crackers!The delivery driver was extremely helpful as well. I locked myself out, and he helped me get back in!

Love the food, it’s definitelty NOT just another run of the mill Chinese take away. It’s fresh and tasty food, not too salty or greasy and the best one for miles around! (Next to the best coffee 4 miles around in fact!).It does also help massively that their delivery guy (I believe it’s Ron short for Ronnie not Rob!) is extremely friendly and funny, quite cheeky too and charming. Always a pleasure ordering on the phone when he takes your order (NOT when it’s the other guy who sounds like him but is the opposite of cheerful & friendly. If it’s not Ron, I’d put the phone down & try again personally!)Anyway Ronnie, keep making us smile, you certainly make this place come to life! Lol
