Not bad food, but we have to take what we can get in Margate

Absolutely shocking food.Not sure how there still open.

Called to place a collection order, and they said it was an hour wait as they were busy. Thought that's fine, if they are busy can't be rubbish! Went to collect and still had to wait as it was being cooked fresh, and they were extremely busy the phone didn't stop while I was waiting, with delivery drivers coming in and out. But we were not disappointed!! Decent portion sizes, well spiced and delicious! I have found a new favorite Chinese take away!!

This is by far the best Chinese I've ever ordered and I've tried many. It's so fresh, flavoursome and hot on delivery. I highly reccomend The Golden Palace. 3rd time ordering and perfect again.

AVOID THIS PLACE IF YOU DON'T WANT RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICEWe were very clear on what we wanted to order, she even read it back to us twice, yet got given one of the wrong items upon arriving, we called up and we was very polite and the lady turned very nasty even tho she was so polite when taking the order. She said in an aggressive tone "I'm not arguing with you, that's what you ordered"0 star customer service. so rude, literally was no need for that attitude, especially from a food establishment. She was not understanding and did not apologise for the wrong food or her horrible attitude towards the ordeal.Never ordering again, which is a shame as we've been ordering from here at least once a month for a while, so loosing a loyal customer over one dish which they could have easily sorted out.No need to be rude to people that're polite and friendly to you.(Know for a fact we didn't give the wrong order as my boyfriend has a kidney infection and wanted a dry dish with no sauce but was given the wrong order which was covered in sweet and sour sauce. Paid £20 all together and all my boyfriend can eat is the rice.)

When ordered was told it would be a 40 minute wait. Fair enough, it is a Saturday night. Got there to collect and the took another nearly 1 and a half hours!

Always have had a soft spot for Chinese and this place is great. I've found on Just Eat a lot of places can be very hit and miss but this place is always spot on. Great menu selection, quick service and when I go in they're always busy with orders which proves it's popularity. The food is always very flavoursome and always cooked fresh with a good portion size, absolutely delicious will always be my number one choice. It's five stars from me, any day of the week.

It was our first visit to this Chinese takeaway and won't be our last, the lady on the desk is polite even under pressure on a busy night like Saturday 😊 she took the order quickly and efficiently. Was a bit of a wait as to be expected on a weekend but the chef came out with our order and appologized for the wait and was too very polite and had service with a smile even tho she was extremely busy with orders, yes it was a rather long wait but my god is the food worth waiting for, the portions are great and the prices are good too, also may I add the food is the best Chinese food I have ever had 👌🏼 as my son's said it was banging 🙈😂 I Will be recommending this takeaway to all my family and friends and we will definitely visiting again. 😋

I use to use the royal Dragon as the food was always spot on.However I have now found the golden palace has risen the standard's in every way. Great food, excellent service and a fraction of the cost.Great impression made....
