Great British Pizza Company in Thanet

I love the pizzas here and have eaten here a number of times as it’s on our doorstep. Always busy, great customer service and have phenomenal flexibility when it comes to ordering food for children. They made sure they gave my 5 year old ice cubes with her water although these weren’t asked for because it was very hot which I was very happy with. The olives are beautiful here

As good a pizza as I have every eaten....go there if you want a pizza in margate. Great view, great food, lovely staff, cool crowd. And ice cream next door! One of the reasons why I'm thinking of living in Margate.

We arrived at 12pm on a freezing cold January with our baby and toddler, we asked the lady putting out the benches if it was open (we knew they opened at 12) to be polite, but was told bluntly “NO we open at 12:30” I looked down at my kids and then said “but but, your opening times say 12pm”’ well our till systems are updating” that was it. No offer to sit inside and wait, which we would have happily done considering it was COLD and barely anything was open. So, yeah thanks for that..great hospitality.

This is the worst of the worst pizza I have ever tasted. Couldn't finish it. It was supposed to be a vegetarian pizza.... no cheese, no veg, one tiny half slice of mushroom and so thin crust, it was like a crisp.... shame on them to charge £10 for this thing that cost the company 50p. Any good reviews probably came from drunk people who didn't know what they were consuming. Unbelievable tasteless and most stingy dry pizza in Thanet. Shame on them

This place is amazing. Welcoming, friendly and efficient staff. Amazing pizza cooked to order. Fantastic views of the sunset over main sand. I would suggest you use the met office app to time your visit for sunset. You will not regret it. I can't wait to visit again soon.

We went there during our visit to Margate. We had the go greek and chorizo and chilli pizzas. We liked the chorizo and chilli pizza but we think that the greek pizza did not have enough quantity of toppings. Also the service was a bit slow. Very nice location with sea view.

Popped in off the street and wasn’t disappointed. Pizzas were light and crispy. Garlic butter was well worth it.

Yes, it's the second time in about 3 years I go there and besides the fact it's impressive they have a very good base for gluten-free ; the staff is absolutely brilliant. You can have tables reserved, you have QR's everywhere for menus and the pizza is absolute king. Each time we buy 2 different ones so we can delight ourselves with some sort of variety 😁. Also to be mentioned the hold a few local beers (ale) for the fans ;) Enjoy!

Pizza is tiny, there was a lot of passata/tomatoe sauce on it. Dough really thin, hard, tasteless and kind of reminds me of poppadoms. £10 for such a small tasteless pizza is too much. Mushrooms tasted good but is it worth paying just for that?

Gorgeous pizzas, great beers, lovely staff, and fab sea views! What more could you want?! It was our first meal out since lockdown restrictions were lifted (for outdoor dining) and it was utter bliss. We managed to get a seat before a reservation but we were all finished within half an hour so great timing. Will definitely be visiting here again on our break away, even if it's for a takeaway!
