Greggs in Thanet

My wife and daughter visited Westwood cross my wife was a little upset well all of a sudden a member of staff came over with two cakes for her thank you so much five stars is not enough didn't catch their name but THANK YOU

Nice cheap coffee and sausage roll. Lots of sandwiches and rolls etc. You know what you are getting with Greggs

Long queue but moved fast but a lot of items still being cooked as shelves were empty

Busy, staff apologised for the wait, sausage roll very warm and nice like always.

Somewhat hit or miss for food quality.It can be served up hot or warm!Don't rate their coffee at all!Not a favourite of mine!

Eat in area not opened and not telling you until you paid dirty tables none of them cleaned all dirty disgusting outside sat cold and need to clear out table rubbish establishment and rubbish customer service the lady at the counter not happy and doesn’t wanna talk to you at allSmile doesn’t cost nothing poor establishment

One person behind the counter with a queue of people stretching out the door (about 15 deep) only hot drink on offer was tea (no coffee or chocolate) Pepperoni pizza barely warm and the floor was filthy. Not impressed and won't be returning

Greggs is Greggs I don't often use them but we wanted to have a sit down with a coffee and this as a very acceptable restaurantThe cappuccino was really very nice and my wife's French stick which is the festive option was very goodSo 2 coffees and 2 French sticks for under £10 really good value

Greggs do a variety of snacks and lunches with hot and cold drinks available. I got a coffee and was surprised that it was actually good. It was only £1.40 so would get it again
