Overall not bad food was as expected and prices low how ever when going to loo the overwhelming smell of stale urine was too much feet stuck to floor urine over and around toilet blocked urinal filled up with urine absolutely disgusting.

Nice place to vist, order at the bar. No waiting to be seated just find your own also some seating area outside. Plenty of parking space and close to the main road also shopping centers. The food is good and some variations to the other chains, like rainbow burger buns, green buns, chicken and waffles with smoked bacon, maple syrup and chilli.

Usually a great place for a nice affordable meal for my family. Tonight however was the worst experience I have had in ANY restaurant! Seated and served by 2 lovely ladies, then waiting for our meal a young lad went rushing past swearing and shouting before he even made it in to the kitchen and then carried on inside the doors, with no consideration for anyone and still within ear shot of me, my partner and my son! It wasn't in frustration he was very angry and it was quite an uncomfortable situation to be sat so close hearing it all. I mentioned it to the staff that bought our meal out and they couldn't apologise enough! I think it's absolutely disgusting that he was allowed to speak to or at anyone like this, and your poor staff tonight that had to deal with that is actually horrific!

The staff have always been helpful and friendly. It is always clean and the food is never a long wait. Good choice on menu. Def be returning

Just walked in on the of chance,it was very clean and staff friendly,had a meal deal for two and a drink,the food was very good nice and hot and good value. There were sanitizer units dotted around and,the toilets were clean. It's always such a good place to pop into when you just need a casual meal and drink.

Part of the Hungry Horse chain of pub / restaurants this establishment doesn't disappoint. My partner had Hunters chicken and I had steak and ale pie, both were delicious. The food is cooked properly but the prices are so reasonable you wonder how they turn a profit. If looking for good food at very affordable prices then this is the place.

I can’t recommend this place enough. Rob is lovely. Checked we were happy with our food all the time, happy to make small changes to the dish to suit our requirements and rushed our daughters order when they could see she was getting hangry. All the staff are lovely, smiling and happy. Great food choice, comfortable, warm and friendly environment. If you want a family meal out in Thanet. I recommend it!

This is our go too family dinning restaurant.The staff are always friendly, chatty and nothing is too much trouble.The food is consistently nice with large portions that a good value for money.The building is always clean and tidy and staff are always cleaning to maintain high levels of cleanliness during covid.

Venue is nice. Food is generally superb and excellent value for money. Biggest downside is their staffing - very slow service when ordering at the bar due to only one member of staff taking orders and making drinks (this has been the case during multiple visits.) This happens despite multiple members of staff being around the restaurant, sometimes doing very little and chatting amongst themselves.
