Consistent and well trained (in below par service)! If you're after a 'lucky dip' type experience, no matter what your charged, this is the place for you. Be it face to face or on the app, what you get in the bag, may (or more likely may not) be what you ordered. Although we love the drained fat that is the gravey, from here, it resembles the old washing up water. I'm not one to devalue the hard work some staff provide in fast food outlets, as I'm sure they can't enjoy the obnoxious public, but they could give themselves a better chance by getting it right on occasion.All in all, you may consider it less stressful to stay at home, have a sandwich and reduce you're carbon emissions. Every time I order here, my order is wrong, or something is missing. Drive Through is awful, we have to check orders before we leave to make sure. I'm not even sure how you can get a small order of two items wrong. Worst KFC in thanet.

I have never been so insulted or upset in my life. I had the worst experience possible. Not only was we short changed twice but they called me a liar. I ordered the 10 piece wicked Variety Bucket but instead I was given a 6 piece Variety Bucket with 4 Extra pieces to make it look like the 10, when I was given my receipt and change it took me a moment to realise I was only given 55p instead of £1.55 and to make things even worse once I have realised I had been over charged for my chicken I went into the store and requested for someone to take a look at my receipt, they then went on to tell me I was wrong. And I explained that I had gone off of what the board through the drive threw told me. The wicked Variety Bucket was £18.99 for 10 pieces and they had charged me £19.99 because they added it differently on the till. Whilst all of this was happening all the members of staff came to the front to watch. I felt confronted and ganged up on. It was not on at all! Disgusting.

Missing items from order! Used the drive thru and mobile app ordering. Wouldn't recommend definitely go inside and eat otherwise I would recommend checking your order before you drive off as these guys do not care. My burger looked awful and rushed.

The staff is quick and polite, most of the time the service is fast and enjoyable. The drive through queues can get a bit hectic and sometimes one would have to queue from the main road and cause traffic issues for the rest of drivers not looking to get chicken.The restaurant is clean, while the specific location can make it a bit crowded at certain hours.

For a change rather than going in I tried the drive through after a late drive home. Quick service didn't make up for the missing items and awful drinks when we got home. The krushems were pure ice with no flavour, only the chicken saved the meal. Rubbish.

Our takeaway KFC bucket meal we just had was absolutely dreadful, the chicken wasn’t tasty and very wet & slimy. The chips were cold. Such a shame, the quality has gone down tenfold! Will not be recommending.

Kfc is normally very good but today was disappointing we ordered 2 large boneless banquets meals both drinks was only half full didn't give any spoons for the beans no bbq sauce witch was asked for but is meant too come with the meals and the chicken was still pink very greasy sorry but they need too slow down and get the orders right the first time as people are paying for them

Bargain bucket extremely tasty. Ordering available on screens. Quickly bought to your table. Door was left open while we were eating so was very chilly to sit in but apart from that pleasant eating experience

All the food was cold, chips undercooked and soggy, missing two items. Amazingly the bag was sealed with stickers that claim "checked and sealed". Staff must be blind or just ignorant.
