KFC in Thanet

Just brought 2 chicken tuesday buckets,coating had no flavour at all only oil that sadly I don't know when it was last changed,very disappointed, the only thing good was the price,all in all pretty grim,back to big dees chicken in Margate for me far far superior.I have given the one star purely for the price.

Ahhhh KFC. The biggest chicken chain of them all in the UK. Even so the quality can vary vastly between locations. But today we're talking about KFC Broadstairs specifically.In short? It's decent. I'm not sure how many times I've visited here... But it's not a small number of times. And I THINK I've had an order be wrong once? And a totally unrelated time I think again I've had just a single memorably bad meal here?But it's fast food. For the fast you have to accept that sometimes it's not going to be perfect.This time and the major majority of the time the food here tastes as fresh as you can hope for fast food. Hot, not like it's been sat under a great lamp for ages. And as such has a good taste and texture.The staff have always seemed helpful and attentive - not like some locations where they seem listless and half dead. I know it's the make of the industry and those staff are not necessarily to blame but the staff heres attitude leads me to hope their conditions are pretty favourable too?Again it's generally always been pretty clean - even mid-rush. Though the bins have been a bit over flowy before but that can hardly be helped.Not perfect. But pretty darn good over all. And that's why it's my main local place to go if I really want fried chicken.

Used twice now and both times received within 20 mins enjoyed it but never as good as eating in. As it not so hot but I still enjoyed it and the delivery driver was polite.

Every time I order here, my order is wrong, or something is missing. Drive Through is awful, we have to check orders before we leave to make sure. I'm not even sure how you can get a small order of two items wrong. Worst KFC in thanet.

Consistent and well trained (in below par service)! If you're after a 'lucky dip' type experience, no matter what your charged, this is the place for you. Be it face to face or on the app, what you get in the bag, may (or more likely may not) be what you ordered. Although we love the drained fat that is the gravey, from here, it resembles the old washing up water. I'm not one to devalue the hard work some staff provide in fast food outlets, as I'm sure they can't enjoy the obnoxious public, but they could give themselves a better chance by getting it right on occasion.All in all, you may consider it less stressful to stay at home, have a sandwich and reduce you're carbon emissions. (Apologies to those that do work hard?

I have never been so insulted or upset in my life. I had the worst experience possible. Not only was we short changed twice but they called me a liar. I ordered the 10 piece wicked Variety Bucket but instead I was given a 6 piece Variety Bucket with 4 Extra pieces to make it look like the 10, when I was given my receipt and change it took me a moment to realise I was only given 55p instead of £1.55 and to make things even worse once I have realised I had been over charged for my chicken I went into the store and requested for someone to take a look at my receipt, they then went on to tell me I was wrong. And I explained that I had gone off of what the board through the drive threw told me. The wicked Variety Bucket was £18.99 for 10 pieces and they had charged me £19.99 because they added it differently on the till. Whilst all of this was happening all the members of staff came to the front to watch. I felt confronted and ganged up on. It was not on at all! Disgusting.

The staff is quick and polite, most of the time the service is fast and enjoyable. The drive through queues can get a bit hectic and sometimes one would have to queue from the main road and cause traffic issues for the rest of drivers not looking to get chicken.The restaurant is clean, while the specific location can make it a bit crowded at certain hours.

For a change rather than going in I tried the drive through after a late drive home. Quick service didn't make up for the missing items and awful drinks when we got home. The krushems were pure ice with no flavour, only the chicken saved the meal. Rubbish.

Our takeaway KFC bucket meal we just had was absolutely dreadful, the chicken wasn’t tasty and very wet & slimy. The chips were cold. Such a shame, the quality has gone down tenfold! Will not be recommending.

Bargain bucket extremely tasty. Ordering available on screens. Quickly bought to your table. Door was left open while we were eating so was very chilly to sit in but apart from that pleasant eating experience
