Kyoto Sushi & Grill in Thanet

Very nice and fresh food , but NOT recommend if you are in the hurry . We arrived at 5:10 and order our food,wait for 60 minutes just got 1 dish food ,the rest take about 90 minutes to cook. Super slow.

Delicious authentic Japanese and Korean food, beautifully cooked and prepared.. Thank you for a lovely evening, we will be back. ❤️❤️❤️

Good food, the environment is cold and no so friendly. No heater when I was dinner, I was really cold

The food here was amazing, delicious and very fresh! Easily as good as some of our favourite sushi restaurants in London. The wait was long (a member of staff hadn’t turned up so the poor chef was flying solo) but worth it given the quality of the food. We will definitely be back to try the rest of the menu.

Lovely authentic Japanese food including excellent sushi, beautifully presented. Service was good, not too pushy but not inattentive. Could do with a bigger drinks selection but that's just a personal preference. Absolutely worth the prices if you love Japanese food.

We were a group of four and this was my first sushi experience. We all enjoyed our meal, it was minimally presented which is the style. You could under order if you're not careful so check out what comes and if it's going to be enough for you. We had some ramen soup with our meal which was lovely, well balanced taste and texture. It's not a cheap meal but for a special occasion we had a good evening.

Amazing food - Everytime.Great, friendly service - Everytime.Wouldn't go anywhere else in Kent for the freshest, tastiest sushi around!! Infact, it's been my birthday and my partners a week apart and we've been dining here once a week for the past 3 weeks celebrating! 😂🖤 I'm worried next week I will get withdrawals.. lolThank you to the awesome owners/chef that make it such a delight in so many ways x

The yellow tail sashimi (one of the days specials) was wonderfully fresh. I think I made a bit of a mistake in ordering the rainbow roll but that has much more to do with personal preference than with the quality of the food. Service was also both fast and friendly.So overall, I would give this place 4.5 stars if I was able but I am happy to round up.

The best Japanese food restaurant in Kent!!! I cannot recommend more, I travel all the way from Folkestone to eat there –it's that delicious!My favourites are the Tori Tori chicken, Salmon Sashimi on rice, Agedashi tofu and Chicken Agegyoza.I couldn't even keep my hands off the food before I took the pictures, so there is some food missing and the aesthetic has been altered from its perfect state after it reached the table....but I think that speaks for itself! 🤤
