Manning's Seafood stall in Thanet

We love your stall its the freshest seafood for miles. We come down from London regularly and have been down twice last week and week before as you state your open but both times you have been closed. Please can you update your website so we know when your open thank you 😊

i ordered oysters, peel prawns, whelks, cockles and jellied eels. they are all fresh and yummy. definitely worth a visit

Utterly Gorgeous seafood, we had delicious oysters plump, juicy served with shallot vinegar and washed down with an ice cold cider or a great glass of wine. Lovely ladies who where serving prepped everything perfectly.

Food was alright, the racist remark was not. Saying “People of your nationality like this dish” without even asking what nationality we identify with is just really dumb and ignorant on so many levels. To the blond haired woman who served us: please learn a thing or two about racial ignorance. We’re New Zealanders for one, but more importantly you might be surprised to learn that not everyone who look Asian fall under a single umbrella nationality!

Very good service, local vibe. Would only recommend the snails. About £4 for 10/12 snails. Would be better if the seafood was somehow kept hot.

Maldon oysters at £1 a pop. Cheaper than many fishmonger sell them and you don't have to shuck them. Cockles, whelks, anchovies with olives, wine. Really not sure what more you could ask for. Very nice service as well.

Always fresh seafood, but not always oysters left for Sunday. There are 3 big tables outside where you can eat with glass of cold wine and enjoy the view.

One of my favourite seafood place in Margate. Nice little food stand with good variation of seafood options, fresh and cheap, you can grab and go, and just have your seafood at the seaside overlooking the sea. Will visit again without hesitation!£1 per oyster btw!

We had Whelks and Cockles at Mannings seafood Stall, in Margate. Del explained how they cooked and cleaned the whelks. What we had was not gritty and tasted very good. Ordered a crab sandwich to take home in our cool bag. Very tasty, ordered some extra whelks to take home, they also were tasty. It’s hard these days to find good seafood stall. This is one of them, I think.

Great fresh produce with very friendly staff! They also take card payments which is very convenient. The portions are huge and the price is waler friendly. It's also on a much quieter part of the beach which is great!A must if you are in the area! ;)
