We ordered takeaway from here twice during our recent stay in Margate, the food was so good. The vegetables dhansak was truly delicious, and the vegan saag main course was out of this world - really fresh ingredients, well cooked and extremely tasty. Very highly recommended.

So ordered for 10.45 came at 10.15 not a problem . Ordered 3 starters that all came with salad and mint sauce . No salad and one mint sauce turned up . Joke . When I put on requests don't forget to put them on . Won't use again . Good way to lose custom

Happened to pass by this restaurant as we were walking around looking for a place to have dinner. The restaurant itself is dated and seatings are very tight. The Asian manager & the serving staffs are unfriendly (not the slightest smile or even a nod!) when we walked in and not even a thank u when we walked out and so unprofessional. I said this because, they can't even go around the table to place the plates and instead passed it to us ( there's only 4 of us! ) The plates are cold and not warm (good Indian restaurants often have warm plates for your food placed just as food is to be served) Asked for a jug of water with our juices only juices were served and water totally forgotten. When reminded only two glasses were brought out. Even more bizarre, our food was served one dish at a time with 3 minutes lapsed between the first dish and the next one. Food tasted just ok, rice portion is very very small but the curry dishes have fair amount of meat in it. Curry dishes is too sweet to be authentic Indian curry. Price wise it is competitive except for the papadoms which cost as much as a plate of chicken dishes! We weren't even asked if we want a papadom each or two. We were served two papadoms per person with a very mediocre taste dips (watery mint sauce and mango based sauce) and that amounted to £8.60. On the whole, I can't justify giving it more than 3 stars. Not likely in a hurry to come back here.

Nice staff and great food! Probably some of the best curry I've ever had actually.

We’re always in the mood for a curry, and we found this restaurant close to the seafront. They have a lovely range of special dishes, one of which my husband ordered and thoroughly enjoyed. I had the lamb biryani which was full of flavour and the right amount of spice.

We liked the place, able to get a table just turning up at 8.30pm on a Saturday which was cool, perhaps as the place was tucked away a bit, but that was the last free table, friendly staff particularly the young lady waiter in the headscarf, fast service, nice ambience. Not a big selection of beers just kingfisher and cobra and 2 ciders.Nice place

Dinner with the family was cut short due to absolutely terrible customer service which seemed to only be apparent at our table. As the only black family in the restaurant, we took the hint and left. Maybe the food is a good as other reviewers have stated, but i refuse to spend money where we clearly are not welcome. People of colour be warned! (Nice decor though, just a shame about the blatant racism)

The food here is great and the service outstanding very happy I found this place.
