What a great place. Antonio and his friendly team provide some absolutely astonishing dishes, a good selection of wine and, naturally, a remarkable selection of rum. One of us had the goat curry the other the blackened swordfish, although would have gladly chosen pretty much any of the dishes. Good wine, great service, great value and rounded off with some fine rum... perfect. Highly recommended! Go try it.

This restaurant is wonderful , the food is amazing and full of flavour with very good portions. What a gem in a little old town.I must say the staff that served us were very polite and took a true interest in us even though they were rushed off their feet.Booking is essential as it gets busy as the night goes on and many were sadly turned away.Thank you 😊 Will definitely return when I’m back in Margate.💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕

Phenomenal restaurant, in fact my new favourite restaurant. Mostly Caribbean dishes, served in their warm and cozy dining area. This really was some of the best food I've ever had. The flavours were outstanding, and the portions were absolutely perfect. The staff too were extremely accommodating.My companion opted for a jerk chicken starter, followed by curried goat served with rice. I went for the scallops and caviar as a starter, followed by a dish of sword fish with vegetables, which itself was heavenly. Neither of us were disappointed in any way. In fact I am looking very much forward to getting back there again soon to try some of the other dishes on the menu.

We had 2 calamari, 2 curried goats and a jerk burger, plenty of beer, great atmosphere inside, fantastic music and brilliant service from the lads working a Saturday lunch. Top notch

I love a dish that makes it hard for me to pick what to eat first and what to have last, because everything is so delicious. Didn't expect much but massive kudos to the chef, I was proved wrong. I'm half jamaican and visited many Caribbean countries. Have to say the Bajan fish cakes starter was as good as I've had in Barbados. And jerk chicken main was absolutely divine, love the traditional hot sauce. Service was great tooOnly reasons for 4 stars is the actual amount of chicken given in the main was a teeny bit small. Personally the ambience was let down by 70s pop, strongly suggest playing some soft reggae or Caribbean vibes! 🇧🇧🇯🇲🇹🇹🇻🇨

I haven't been here for years and I'm glad it's back open. Myself and my partner fancied a night out with Great carribean and Barbadian quisine. Staff were very well coming and organised. Food ordering was easy and the our orders came out promptly. Food was piping hot when it came out and those mouth watering ingredients took me right back to my holiday in Jamaica 🇯🇲 . The only thing I missed was the cocktails but I'm sure they will be back in the future.

Absolutely adore this place. It has been my favourite restaurant since they opened and the owners are so lovely. Rhe menu is good and the fishcakes are out of this world. Tonight I had one of the specials which was the duck and it was cooked to perfection. Would always recommend this restaurant. Such lovely staff and amazing mouthwatering dishes.

Amazing quality for the price. The staff were lovely, and the food was very tasty. We had a curried scallop and jerk sausage for starter which was really good. My partner had the jerk burger and I had the Curried Goat. Both were really good, but I would have liked more heat in the curry.I asked to swap the rice for plantain and they were very happy to accommodate me, which was lovely.We had 1 starter 2 mains and 4 double gnts for about £65, for the quality of the food the price is amazing.

Lovely to find a Caribbean restaurant in Margate Old Town but neither the name nor the building would suggest this type of cuisine. The interior is lovely and the tables are very well spaced to comply with COVID regulations. Service was also friendly and efficient.Had the Creole Mussels starter and Jerk Chicken main; both very tasty and well-cooked, but maybe the spices were a little too toned down for the British palate. Good portion sizes and very reasonable prices. Would definitely recommend.
