Nando's in Thanet

Lovely food, friendly staff. Restaurant was very clean, sadly the frozen yogurt machine wasn't working when me and my partner visited. Plenty of tables also!

Who doesn't love a cheeky nandos, food was on point but the staff were DED. I know it was a Wednesday but a hello is always nice.

Good food but they've switched to only using plant based mayonnaise and it's just isnt the same.... its good to have the option but don't take away the alternative

This nandos by far has the most friendliest team .. really good service always greeted with a smile and the food never fail.. 5 star

Really nice food the staff were excellent

I have e been told my blue light card can not be accepted for the 1st time ever as I am not police or NHS. Staff unwilling to listen as I'm a key worker and showed id to match name on card, staff need to learn about card refusal and the meaning of blue light card. Rude staff. Avoid at all costs.

Great but cold room and promised would get a code and waited but had to get ourselves. For some reason the staff said "thought someone gave it to us already". I better leave it right there

Loved this place. Very clean staff were friendly and there wasn't a long wait fir the food once order.

That was terrible, didn't get what we ordered, everything was cold and dry, we had to wait 40 minutes before being allocated a table (but the restaurant was half empty, plenty of tables available...). I wanted to put 1 star but the manager was so lovely trying to sort it out and bringing more food (unfortunately cold too)
