Parkminster Tea Rooms in Thanet

I almost hate to recommend this wonderful place as part of its attraction is the beautiful sense of being at peace with your surroundings - can't have the whole world and his dog flocking here! (But they'd seriously love it)

We were cycling through Minster on a fine sunny afternoon and stopped for refreshment at these tea rooms. We were very impressed by the organisation and the way in which people with disabilities were being engaged in all aspects of the operation.We throughly enjoyed a cream tea where the portions were generous and the scones were freshly baked.If you are in the area of Minster Abbey please take the opportunity to support this worthwhile enterprise.
