Absolutely bloody awful.Don't be fooled by the glossy menu.Ordered chicken shish taouk and roast lamb both with rice. The delivery arrived and the driver didn't have any change so we ended up shelling out an extra £3 on top of the £27 we expected! Must be on a right little earner if doing that for every delivery. The chicken was dry and rice was cold. The roast lamb looked like something that had been dug up from a swamp. The so call side salad came in a pot not much bigger than something you'd keep contact lenses in and it looked like it had been sat out all day not so much green salad but soggy and brown.Hadn't eaten all day so we were starving but even that wasn't enough for us to force feed ourselves any of this bile.Infact we ended up giving it to the dog so you could say it was a right dogs dinner!!Thankfully we won't be ordering again as not from Margate. Looking forward to getting back home to the local keebab shop to get a decent shish for just 8 quid.

So I made an order for some food and then was called and told that my order had been cancelled and that I had to call just eat to try and get a refund. I called just eat and there office was closed so I called back and was spoke to a very rude lady who told me that there was nothing they could do and it was my responsibility to try and get my money back she then went on to say that she could contact just eat herself but still refused to and continued to speak to me in very rude manner. I work in a restaurant myself and am aware that it is that restraurants responsibility to deal with there mistakes and ensure there customers are refunded. Yet this lady kept telling me that there was ‘nothing’ they could do. If you can not take an order you should not be accepting delivery. Shocking customer service and had money pretty much stolen from me. Will not be ordering again!

The food was undercooked and cold, i received a lukewarm drink on top of that, it took ages for the food to arrive. We had two servers throughout the night after declining the services of a very rude waitress first, and then the second one was unfriendly and barely paid attention. Revolting service and disgusting food, never returning. Ruined my beautiful wife’s birthday, thanks Pasha 👍.

Not sure what happened tonight! As we always have a delicious meal. However this evening our meal was missing a portion of meat and the rice. Chicken wings were undercooked and bleeding. And the salad was old and shrivelled. Also short changed me by £5 stating they will sort it next time! Not happy atall!

I visited this restaurant with my partner after reading the reviews online. However my experience was disappointing. We ordered the hot starter of hummus with meat and the lamb wasn’t cooked well. We ordered two mixed grills and in one of the mixed grills the chicken was undercooked which was replaced after we notified the waiter of this. We then proceeded for shisha and not all the flavours were in stock which was disappointing. The coal was not changed once whilst smoking the shisha and when requested they said they would but never did. Once the coal was burnt out I requested for it to be changed and had to wait 30 minutes for the new coal to be provided and by that time the flavour had burnt out and I had to leave as I live in north of Kent so my travel home was an hour. When I explained we had waited so long for the replacement of coal the waitress told us other members took priority and because we already had the shisha we had t wait. For a shisha bar this is not the norm therefore point should be taking about ensuring coal is replaced regularly to ensure smooth smoke and burn of the flavour. We then asked for the bill and the waiter had the audacity to ask for a tip when the service was below average. Will definitely be not returning or recommending.

Me and my cousin visited Pasha last night having never tried Lebanese food before. First impressions of the restaurant were great. It had a very unique and opulent atmosphere despite the menu being reasonaby priced, and the cleanliness was to a very high standard. The staff were very friendly including the owner who came and spoke to us briefly. Our roast lamb was on the table within 20 minutes after we'd ordered it, and was both well presented and cooked on the bone to perfection. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our visit and have absolutely no complaints. I shall recommend to friends and family, and return.

We were either were unlucky with the night we chose to visit Pasha or this place has really gone downhill. The mains and rice were over salted to a point that all you could taste was salt. What was really upsetting though was how we were treated at the point of the bill. We was told the total cost but not given the bill (which was in the waiters hand) and a card payment terminal put under my nose with the option to tip at three levels (none under 15%). I asked to see the bill which I discovered had a 15%. service charge on it. On questioning it I was met with an indignant response that that was the kitchen service charge and it was suggested I was out of touch with how restaurants now work. Had I paid an extra tip I would have ended up paying over 25% over the actual bill, for quite frankly mediocre food and service. I asked to speak to the manager who was clearly sat a few metres from us (as had exchanged the obligatory owner style greeting earlier on as he walked through the restaurant & enquired how we were). After a lengthy whispered exchange between the guy who was trying to fleece us and the guy clearly with the authority I decided to approach them. I was ushered away being fobbed off that he wasn’t an authority and no one was available to speak to us.I’ve always advocated Pasha for quality of food and service but quite frankly this experience had a reek of desperation about it. Even down to the restaurant claiming they are now both Lebanese & Italian and putting a pizza and garlic bread menu down with their main menu. The whole experience has left a nasty taste in my mouth and that’s not just salt. Not sure I’d rush back which is a shame.

The food was amazing, both visually and taste. The service was wonderful, our server was extremely friendly and kind. Looking forward to eating here during the summer when you can eat outside.

Very nice food, staff and atmosphere. Only thing about our visit was that they were a bit understaffed and a back door was left open to allow the cold to come into the diner and made it uncomfortable. Would definitely go back though as they seem to care and I expect it to get better.
