Pizza Hut Delivery in Thanet

Management have a poor attitude! We used to use Pizza Hut a fair amount but won’t use this one again!After receiving a poor order swimming in grease we phone and explained we were unhappy with what we received. We were offered the food to be re sent, or to have the order put into a book for us to order in the future free of charge.Phoned today to get our free order. The manager advised he was working that day but didn’t remember. He then went to check said ‘book’ to advise there was no note of our free order then went on to say “we don’t give away free food. If you’re unhappy with the food we would have collected the order or re sent it”After a lot of back and fourth I was eventually offed part of the order but by this point I was sick of his attitude! Manager was rude and unhelpful.The bad food was not the problem as it happens sometimes.Management is the problem

Orderd online and payed for just after midday for a 19-15 delivery for my son's birthday, waited till 19-30 and rang the shop only to be told they didn't have my order, this is not the first time I have problems with pizza hut but will be the last time I use pizza hut as a delivery service.

Recently started using this place for takeaways and nights in. Every order we've had, we've had at least 1 thing missing. Leaving us waiting for a pizza or a side, only to come to us cold and soaking. Highly wouldn't recommend. (Our most recent order. We had our garlic bread, with what looks to be a bite mark and cold.)

Managers at Broadstairs branch have arrogant attitude, they prepare pizza with dirty hands and no mask either in the kitchen,anytime we ordered we got sick. Drivers are friendly and keeping social distance. They dont deserve that 1star either!!!

A massive issue occurred with our order the great customer service from Matt in Broadstairs was amazing. Leaving us with 2 large pizzas and a side at discounted price, truly great customer service x

This place used to be for me a 5* but unfortunately it's gone downhill (in a bad way) big time, all the staff are very immature, bad work ethic and just don't care.What topped it for me was a hair in my pizza, turns out none of them net their hair! Even pizza hut online complaints are terrible, I had a picture of the hair in my food, this particular order was £30, I wanted a refund as it put me off eating anything, they offered me £10 off my next order (yes off my next blo*dy order) and wasn't willing to do any better!! Absolute joke!

took a pizza back tasted gone off, got verbally assaulted by one of the staff, refused to taste and after asking refund, staff threw my card across counter.Avoid, hostile staff and horrid food.Possible chance of out-dated food.

Lovely staff, very friendly on the phone. But last night I saw a member of staff outside the building smoking something that was too big to be just a cigarette, and it smelt a bit odd. I was wondering if staff didn't smoke puff during working hours, that they might remember to put jalapenos on my veggie sizzler!
