Good place for a pizza! Friendly owner and the chef!

Stopped for lunch here and sat at a sea view window and enjoyed Saltimbocca, pizza, pasta marinara, steak etc for each of us and it was great. a lovely family Italian Restaurant. Great service as well!

·

Beautiful sea view if you sit on the side near the beach. It's lovely little Italian restaurant. The menu items we tried were really nice.

Posillipo in Broadstairs is a gem of Italian dining in this lovely seaside town, the manager Antonio is a friendly and proud host. The food is not only delicious but the menu is extensive and very reasonably priced, you won't find better Italian food anywhere. Not as large as their Faversham restaurant but with fantastic and better views directly out over the bay of Broadstairs, in warmer months you can dine outside taking in those fabulous views. Should it turn a bit chilly they have outside heating under the large umbrella canopies. We all loved our dining experience here and can't wait to get back to try something new from their wonderful menu. I can absolutely and thoroughly recommend you get in there and see/eat it for yourself.

I was working at this restaurant on 2008, I really liked it, the staffs, place, everything down were wonderful, the staffs were naming me Ricky..I can say to the Staffs just keep doing a great Job! you deserve all the best!

Staff seemed pleasant but weren’t very attentive, in that they gave us a real cheese pizza and a dairy milk coffee even tho we ordered from the ‘vegan menus’. Also, put a wrong item in the bill. The food otherwise was great and arrived really fast! Definitely over priced tho.

Really enjoyed the food. Generous portions, lovely restaurant and staff, very busy. Glad we booked.

The ambiance is lovely here. Felt as if we could have been back in Italy. The food isn't great and overpriced. Calamari and dessert were stale. The carbonara was extremely oily. We're always on the hunt of carbonara cooked in a traditional way without cream, this lacked the egg and cheese and just became a dish of oily pasta - disappointing. However, staff were helpful and it's a nice place to sit.

Friendly staff, good service, food was delicious and the seafood tasted very fresh 🙌🏽 Ordered a main seafood platter to share as a starters (that sauce should be bottled and sold - super tasty 😍), linguini prawns, seafood pizza and tiramasu- far too much food for 2 people 🤣 but thats what takeaway boxes are for lol We got lucky and got the last table outside but they clearly get busy so would recommend reserving a table

Truly amazing lunch with very attentive service and delicious seafood and pizza. The saute di cozze/ mussels soup was so yummy and reminded me of my Italian mother cooking in its authenticity. I had loved the craft beer they serve and the tiramisu and coffee were so so yummy. The manager and maitre d' took really great care of us. We sat on the terrace overlooking the sea... it just doesn't get better than this. Ottimo ragazzi....continuate cosi!!
