i came in here on saturday night and was disgusted by the service. tables dirty, food was awful, and the toilets… don’t even get me started. the bar staff are incredibly awful and the drinks are mid. do not enter this establishment unless you want an awful time.

First visit since the revamp, (we used to go pretty much every month) the new decor wasn't to our taste and it felt cold, empty and souless. The furniture didn't fit the room and the lighting was all wron so it didn't feel a great place to be.Service was friendly and enthusiastic but skittish, I don't have high expectations for a pizza place but having to repeatedly ask for water or cutlery is pretty poor.Food was as expected from a pizza chain. The big issue though, and the reason we won't be back in a hurry, is the pricing. I don't know if they are trying to claw back covid losses or are getting ahead of inflation but the prices have jumped significantly, even with a twofer offer. The same meal in central London cost us £30 less last week.We used to go as it was dependable and reasonable with a nice atmosphere, if you are looking for similar you'll need to try somewhere else. If you want to eat an overpriced pizza with your fingers under a bright light then this is the place for you.

Get the right seats and you will be treated to stunning views over Viking Bay. Staff friendly and helpful. Price can soon rack up unless you get a deal.

First class service from the young waitress. Wish i got her name. She was lovely. I had a chicken tagliatelle? Realy nice.. Plenty of chicken and the sauce was lovely too. It was a birthday meal and they even saved a birthday card we forgot.bless them !

This was our third visit to this particular Prezzo. Previous visits have been very good but this was not a good experience. Firstly, we knew the day before that we would be running 10 - 15 minutes late and emailed through with no response. We arrived ten minutes late. Phoning them didn't work either. Once we arrived we were told our booking had been cancelled as we were ten minutes late but manager still got us a table. We explained that we had emailed and tried to phone through to which he explained the phone lines had been down for a few days and all emails had come to him and he didn't receive ours and this was why he had cancelled our booking. Once we had sat down and ordered, I found the email and asked him about it to which his response was, "Well it doesn't really matter anyway." The manager was was quite snobby and really didn't need to be. His whole attitude was very poor. Previous managers on duty have been really lovely. The main course took an hour to come through and dessert took almost 25 minutes. There was a large party inside but this was the slowest service we have ever experienced at this restaurant. The food was very good, though and the waitresses were, as always, very nice.

Went here for my boyfriend's birthday. We were greeted by friendly staff, a welcoming atmosphere and a choice of seat.I have dietary requirements and so the manager came and went through the menu with us and explained what they could/couldn't go to accommodate my needs. Everything came on separate plates to avoid cross contamination. The spicy King prawns were delicious and an ample portion to share. The gluten and dairy free pizza I had was the best pizza I have ever had from a chain restaurant, pizza specific chains included! My boyfriend's burger was delicious and moist with enough cheese to sink a boat.We were able to pay with club card vouchers and cover the rest on card.

Amazing food, friendly staff & a beautiful view!I came here for lunch with my girl Sophie on her recommendation. It was a lovely day yesterday so we sat out on the terrace area with a lovely view of Broadstairs Beach.Sophie had already given me her go to for this place so I ordered the same as her which was the Oak-Smoked Salmon Penne - served In a creamy chilli, tomato and basil pesto sauce. Served with Asparagus. The dish was DE-LISH, just the right amount of chilli. On the side I ordered some Calamari that came with a basil pesto mayonnaise dip and a wedge of lemon. The calamari was bang on!This meal combo here was so tasty, I definitely recommend you to try the Penne and Calamari #YUMWe washed our lunch down with a Peach Bellini cocktail which was light and refreshing. For more information about my experience here please dm me on Instagram @sammigirl__Central London's Top 5% of Google Local Guide's
