Ordered food. Arrived cold. The chips were cold and soggy and the burger was cold. Don't use.

Omg where do I start what a disgrace this place has turned into it used to be the best around I'm now scared to feed it to my dog today I was given yellow wings one green for real it needs closing down and it's not even like a 2quid chicken deal they charge big money like its good they need to close down.plain nasty

Food was 15 minutes late, part of order missing, containers squashed so much that food had to be thrown in the bin, wrong ice cream put it, tried to call and they just put the phone down on me (5 times in fact) absolutely shocking customer service skills. Will never order from here again. Joke of a place

This is literally the worst Fried chicken place I've ever come across. Across the years I've seen pictures and stories of people finding various unsavoury things hidden in their food ranging from needle heads to dead insects.I wish I was over exaggerating but upon my second and final order I found a literal finger nail within the chips.The food itself isn't even good, the hot wings taste like the ones you would get from a pizza place, too hot and with the taste of cereal.The chicken pieces were undercooked, with red juices oozing from the pink meat.The chips and drinks are alright though.

Chips tasted horrid. Chicken was horrid. Not even sure what part of the chicken we had as it looked like a severed tendon. And it’s made both of us feel rather unwell. So yeah highly recommend to just not order.

We ordered 12 chicken pieces and 5 were raw in the middle. We called up after to see if we could have some kind of money back. The basically said we were lying. When clearly pink in the middle with little blood. Not going back here again and I will advise everyone else not to go to there also.

Well I'm rather unsure where to actually begin with this review after a totally horrendous experience. Firstly the delivery time was over 120minutes. The quality of the food itself was outrageously bad. The chips were tough as old boots. The chicken (if it was even chicken) was disgusting, was undercooked and had a terrible smell. And the customer service from the staff on calling back to talk about our experience was absolutely shocking. Don't not order from this place you will be disgusted. Please beware guys don't put your family through the ordeal we suffered.

Hour and a half wait for delivery, really? After a phone call, I was told the order still hasn't left and I've got to wait another twenty minutes, really? Few pieces of fried chicken and two our wait for average quality! Attitude over the phone on top of that. Avoid!
