We ordered through just eat. The food turned up really late and when we called the restaurant the man on the phone was extremely useless. He became rude at times and didn’t seem to want to help resolve the problem, instead he offered to cancel our order after telling us it had already left the shop and got very sarcastic on the phone. He had no customer skills and need to be sacked

First order this evening and wow! Amazing! The chicken balls are incredible the sweet and sour pork Cantonese style is the best I've ever tasted everything was soooo good will defo be a family favourite takeaway from now on!!! Thank you all xx

The food is amazing! When you can order from there...supposedly open until 11pm its 9.30pm we've tried to order and yet again they're closed.So frustrating! It's not just happened during covid, it's happened many, many times before. We always go back because the food is so good and usually we try to order earlier but sometimes we just can't! They really need to publicise their delivery times!!

Had a takeaway last night, best I've ever eaten in 50 years. Really fresh, well seasoned with very little MSG. Wow what a find..... sensational.

Delicious EVERY time. Can't believe people have left poor reviews as I have been here regularly and always had a good meal. Lived in Asia for 7 years and this is as good as authentic as you can get. So lucky I live nearby.

Takeaway turn around is in good time. You get a decent portion of food, and it's always piping hot. Can't say much on service as I've only ordered takeaways. Reasonably priced.

Absolutely disgusting, avoid at all costs DO NOT EAT IN THIS RESTAURANT. Duck spring rolls were just duck skin & no meat chicken balls were over cooked on the outside & chicken was pink when I complained was given abuse by various members of staff who were quite vile. The place was in serious need of a good clean & decorating. Anyone who says this is a nice place to eat have obviously only ever eaten in public toilets. Staff & venue are both disgusting. It spoilt our anniversary. My suspicions were raised by the fact that at 8 o'clock on a thursday night the place was empty, even a member of staff was eating a McDonald's, which says it all. A thoroughly disgusting restaurant.

Great quality fresh food, we are fussy too, you won’t be disappointed. Nice and friendly staff.

I am a vegan and have eaten many Chinese take always around birchington. I had some spring rolls from here. Had a conversation about their food and they said what I could and couldn't have. I brought my food home. Ate a spring roll to find it had meat in it! I am so angry I havnt eaten meat in 16 years. And Royal dragon have destroyed that by doing this. I will be telling people about this and am discussed by the way they handled it. Not happy
