San Clu Restaurant at Comfort Inn in Thanet

No lamb birani ... disappointed. Very very basic menu. Had the chicken butter curry which was very nice. Lack of choice probably won't make me return more than few times. Seems as though food has reduced I Hope this is temporary. Just after pandemic lull. Felt menu lacked imagination even if just lunch/bar menu. With wetherspoons down road with lots of choice it needs to find its unique mark. What about a special lunch platter.. you could make it exciting by adding an international theme. Travel with your food even if you aren't on holiday. I hope these ideas help xx

Met up with some friends for a book club, lovely atmosphere, reasonably priced, able to chat and drink, didn't eat but the food looked nice

Hadn't been there for quite sometime, it has been recently decorated both inside and out. The bar staff were their usual polite selves, the whole reception was clean and tidy. It was for a funeral reception and the food laid on was basic but fresh and well presented, the beer was excellent.

The best home made food . Great price. Totally chilled out . Toilets clean. Thank you

Only had soup and roll on Sunday but it was delicious. The continental breakfast had everything you would ever need. Fruit, yogurt, cereal, ham, cheese, toast, crumpets, croissants and mini pastries also fruit juice and tea and coffee.

Menu is limited, expensive compared to other restaurants.No roast of an evening now, limited choice for the average chip / pizza / jacket potatoe eating teenager.Staff friendly and hard working.
